sustanon 300 help?

If im on fifth week about to take my second shot tomorrow and only gained 3 pounds is it fake ? or just weak sustanon? i noticed increased Libido and higher blood pressure. I also got lumps after my last two shots.

this is my first cycle. im not on a ai.
week 1-10 600 mg aweek.
week 6-12 50 mg anavar
week 13 pct clomid
I want to start by saying 1. GET AN AI "NOW" estro levels are probably off the chart 2. IMO sust is a bad choice for a 1st cycle hormone levels fluctuate too much for a 1st time user and pins should really be EOD on sust. You need to go get bloods done asap 3. Again IMO you are too young, you should have plenty of natural test to make gains with proper diet and training. Im not going to harp on you as that will not help things. Drop the anavar and let your diet do the cutting for you.

High estro could be part of it. I have no way of telling if you have bunk gear, bad diet, poor training. You need to get bloods done NOW, that will tell the story alot better than me guessing.

yes im on my 5th week mon/thurs. 300mg every shot so 600mg aweek.
