What is a good plan to drop some weight ?

I want to start a cycle first of next year, but I want to drop about 20 lbs before I do. I am looking for some good diet and exercise advise on how to drop the weight. I dont have a ton of extra cash so hopefully it is relatively inexpensive. Thanks in advance for any help

Hit cardio does it for me. I swear I do sprints once and drop 1% body fat. But thats what I'm good at, I can drop bodyfat insanely quick
Do 10 100 yard sprints and your metabolism will be on fire! as well as you body will be producing more growth hormone
fat lost is made in the kitchen brother.. you dont need anything but clean diet..hit the cardio big time, i know some people hate it but are your goals more important? remember eat clean.. train super hard... cardio ever other day.. at least 30-45 mins high intensity..

Fat has 9cals/gram. That alone means it holds so much energy that ya have to be super strict and cardio. Biggest mistake on cardio is folks get breathing hard. Breathing hard the body switches back to burning carbs or catabolizing muscles. Easy breathing while pouring sweat is fat burning cardio. Heart rate bout 125.
Now...medical reality. Get full blood screen. Test/estrogen...thyroid...all of it. Theres many medical factors to not losing fat.
Thanks for the note. I have a few friends in the medical field that have told me to see my doctor and get my thyroid and test levels checked just to make sure. I go in for a check up soon and will talk to my doc. Thanks allot

the best way is to learn to get up from the table and push your chair in and walk away. its hard to do but it works for me.
Over eating isnt my problem. Junk food isnt even the problem. I just have a difficult time dropping weight. As some Fast48 said I will see my doc and get all my levels checked to see if something else is going on also.
