Quickest way to consume calories

ad

This is an idea.

Im going through a lot of whole grain foods and stemed vegs. Am not caring how food tasts anymore (except on cheat days of course) and the ultimate goal is to hit my target intake in the most efficient manner possible.

Here's my question - would blending stemed vegs and brown rice and oats etc.. and drinking it instead of eating and chewing pose any differences? I've spoken to a few people about also blending grilled chicken (since that's what takes the most time to consume) and the first reaction I tend to get is always related to how it would taste. Something I am far from concerned at this stage.

What does everyone think... i mean taste aside, would blending your cooked food in a blender and drinking it have any scientific disadvantages compared to traditional methods of ingesting cooked food?

I made a big salad then had chicken and peppers and mushrooms put it all in the blender... My chicken n veggies were still hot when I put it in there. It was awful I could barely choke it down. I can eat chicken and a salad by themselves quicker. If you make it right it'd probably be ok, but I'm good on trying it myself?

Nothing wrong with it man. I've made a fucking cocktail of random shit before. I put dry oatmeal, grilled chicken, broccoli, pasta, and a little bit of water all in a blender. Blended that shit up and put it in some tupperware. You have to approximate how much of eat food you're getting but it's pretty much not going to matter if you eat it all in the same day.

Boil chicken then mix in milk with splenda and vanilla extract honestly tastes ok ;)

Nope in fact you increasing surface area therefore increasing absorption rate! Good thinking

hmm.. maybe even reduce gas? since you're not swallowing as much air. Could be a bonus side effect! God know how much I gas up on this diet!

I've thought about doing this before. Some things I have blended up...eggs and oatmeal actually isn't that bad. BUT like '56' said, friend up GRRRL and/or Goth and ask them, they're the professional whole food blenders around here, LOL. Somethings would probably make me retch as mixing up certain whole foods would end up tasting like vomit.
