Need Cutting Diet Specs if possible =.=

26, 205 5'11 roughly 14% BF: Target 200 9% BF: might run some DBol, with diet and excersize to lean up, good idea? caloric intake daily right now is about 2500 =.= any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks for the input everybody, i see now where i was wrong with the dbol lol. fail..
cutting and using dbol your not in the right ballpark, my suggestion save aas for when you've read up on it

Use a bmr calculator. from the looks of it your 500 calories over. aim for 2000
Guessing you have never cycled or pct anything. Go research
no dbol...its for bulking not cutting. and certainly would not be ran alone. run a keto diet to cut that fat quickly. keep your protein to 2g/lb , carbs to less than 50 and fat around 75g; keep sugars to an absolute minimum like ironman said. refeed your carbs every 14 days....warning diet is going to suck but you will love the results. i recommend your favorite strongest preworkout drink bc your energy will be low till u adapt
also i pretty much dont eat sugars at all as it is, and not many carbs, maybeeee 150 a day, maybe =.=: also i try to come as close to my body weight as i can in grams of protein O.o
