i have really remarkable transformation pics, but when i got to any theead that you can post pics on this forum it doesn't give me the option. is my karma too low? also i cant add people as friends =(

why cant u add people as friends click on them and it will say become friends
so, you dont have to juice during it? like i could take a shot containing a current USA today right now then another 7 weeks after start and post? like you dont have to cycle for it? im sure it wont be easy natural but i have a few tricks =)

Well if you did the pics now you wouldn't be entered into the competition. So for instance say its starts oct 30th and ends seven weeks from that date you would post your before pic on oct 30th and on the deadline day seven weeks later you post your finish pic and whoever shows the most progress will win the competition. But the reason for the USA today is to prove somebody didn't post a before pic from a year ago and is completely transformed and had a whole year to do it when everyone else only had seven weeks. And if you think you can recomp your body better than others without gear then power to you.

The new ebc is coming up any day now. So when it comes up post your pic and and it lasts like seven weeks then post your final pic but both pics have to have a dated USA today in them to prove that you started when the ebc started. Look up ebc rules in upper right corner where the google search bar is. Good luck.
