Sodium assists with electrical functions in the body.
is this an answer to my question? (cuz idk shit bout spiro) or are you telling me i need sodium?
High sodium is bad of course but sodium at healthy range is needed. It assists the body in sending electrical signals for muscle contractions. Diuretics can be helpful when bloated but be careful. Guy/girls use em precontest for last water squeeze but then google Andreas muntzer death. I haven't researched Spiro directly....just be cautious. Think like this on salt. Finished hard ass hot day at work. Slept well. Head to gym and felt weak...no spark and dehydrated.
dont you have a 12 year old to advice on a tren base cycle?
Lmao! Okay....back to the pits....
