Run or jog or sprint
Just wanted to post this to help others who are pushing it to get that extra fat off. I have a new passion in training and that's running. I do jogs up to 10 miles, run/sprit up to 5 miles, and straight out sprints of one lap and then walk followed by another all out sprint. I have tried all the other methods from ephedra to more powerful stimulants and in the end just painful runs did it for me. It sucks at the beginning but it's worth it in the end. My training in the weight room is similar to what it was but I'll admit that it has suffered a bit from getting use to running and the fatigue that occurs after a serious run. I'm learning and starting to get the plan fixed up and thank god for test prop and npp or I would of lost a lot of muscle mass durring this "transition." so if your really in need of dropping that last bit of fat just run...I know it sucks and it's easier said than done but it truly works!

Yea man that's more of a bulking desire and that's tough as hell too. I'm getting my weight way down and kind of starting fresh. My back and knees Allready feel better so I'm gonna go with this and someday you guys will see those b4 and afters, right now in midway there
