Dark Knight Workout

Has anybody tried this workout/diet? I've had some success with it. Basic set up is
2 min rest 4 sets
1 minute rest 4 sets
30 sec rest or SS
It's definitely got its disadvantages especially with the calorie restricted diet but if your looking for a lean ripped look or to just test your endurance I would give it a shot for the full time or just a week.

when you try this please dont dye your hair red and kill everyone...(: but on a nother note it does look like a great workout, after the one im doing now i may give this a try.. thank you for posting ..
Hhaha ya bro I was thunking that as I posted . Very sad I hope that kid fries.
I'm about to kill it in the gym today with day two I love this workout. It's not good to run too long because YOU WILL lose some mass. I'm doing more rest period heavy sets allomg with this kind of a mash up comming this fall.
BUT for now it's pure dark knight.
