ad

So i trained legs right knee was always slightly more weaker idk why maybe genetics past on my father has the problem not sure what knee though but seems to have gotten worse after going pretty heavy on a leg press now my leg training has come to a halt due to i don't want to risk any further injuries! Should i use any deca for it or something else?? Anyone with some good feedback would be greatly appreciated or should i just hit the doctor i am getting ready to start a test e and eq cycle.. and would like to be able to train legs, any kind of remedies that would help icing? Massages??

THANKS AGAIN..

Facts would be easier in case you merely work together with the medical doctor. Keep in mind that you must answer your medical doctors inquiries, such as the degree and level of soreness. He may also be worried about the things you were carrying out prior to the soreness.

Gotta see the doc mate. Don't disguise the pain with gear, find out what's happening first.

Good luck, hope it improves quick.

First off I think this post should have really been posted in the training section. The worst idea you have is thinking by adding another "steroid" to YOUR FUTURE CYCLE that will not further dry up your joints is going to solve your problem! With that being said I think you need to give a little more information before advice is given it could be a number of things. Where is the pain localized and what type of pain is it? What is a "heavy" leg press for you? What type of wraps do you use and at what weight do you use them? What type of reps or pyramid scheme are you using in terms of sets/reps? Also what other exercises do you complete on leg day? Another important aspect is form...how far are your feet spread apart and are you high/low on the press...how deep do you go? Also what type of joint support are you taking? Fish oil...flaxseed oil? MSM...glucosamine chondroitin? In any case a doctor is always recommended if pain is consistent or gets worse. For now I'd double up on fish oil/and or incorporate whole flaxseeds to your diet and definitely ice the area of irritation....also do some light stretching to promote blood-flow and mobility once you start subsiding from discomfort.

If your starting to lift heavy you should start wearing knee straps, gives your knees support... If u have $ I would see a Doc just to be safe.. Deca is good for lubricating joints, starting to debate on using it for my next cycle since I have Golfers elbow /: . Shit sucks.. Oh! Andoc might give u cortisone injection depending on what the problem is Brotha.

Yeah i feel you, i just don't want that oo he must train all upper body because for me when i train legs i like to go heavy and intense or i can't have a good leg workout.. but yeah i will buy straps i usually use knee straps but ima get some newer better ones, i did not use that one time when this incident happened and do some massages ice it see if it helps warm up good start out a few weeks light workouts then hopefully it gets better and better before hitting the doc..

Just went to Cocos with the Fam and thought about this... You need to go see a Doc before u hurt tally hurt something.. Through could have a Bad ligament or meniscus. What ever the case maybe... U need to know what's up with your body Bro
