It is as it sounds, here's my story:
So I keep my used pins in a canvas bag until I eventually get around to tossing them. Not a good idea, but a sharps container is difficult to keep hush hush. I saw one of the caps came off of the pin and it had gone through the bag, so I reached in to get it. As I was pulling it out, another uncapped pin pricked me and I released the original pin. You can probably guess where it landed... Right into the head DIRKDODIOE@$&&@?!!! It felt as bad as it sounds. At least it has some traces of prop in there. With proper exercise, I'm expecting nice lean gains haha
Moral of the story; cap your pins extra tight and get a sharps
