This article is a great way to shock your chest but it can also be used for any muscle group that you are having trouble with.

I gain muscle at a fairly equal proportion whilst training on the whole and i have strong points and weak points as do many into bodybuilding, i find that aesthetically my chest is always the area I'm least pleased with as it is slightly disproportionate with other areas and thus i work it in different ways mixing things up regularily to find what works best and keeping my body adapting to new and varied routines this will infact help your chest grow "shocking" your chest into.growing therefore is possibly not the best description but you could argue the case either way, keep checking out new routes of working all areas in different ways not just the chest and the human body will respond.
I once just went heavey on my chest with low rep sets for basic mass building, it grew some but needed more attention to detail so higher reps were incorpricated as well as using cable crossovers more, supersets, plank presses check things out be open minded and see what works for you everyones different ultimately and what works for one doesn't necessarily work for all.

Love these type of articles, you can not 'SHOCK' your muscles into growing its a myth lol.You go into the gym and suddenly you go heavy on a new chest excerise and the muscle suddenly thinks 'wow, i had best start growing again cos this excercise is new'(the muscle cant think anyway as it has no mind) muscle growth is not due to shocking the muscle its about overload, repair etc not shocking it with a new excercise.

Obviouly overtraining areas and not allowing sufficient time for recovery and also not having your diet in check with sufficient protein (often overlooked) for recovery/growth won't help gaining muscles, you have an opinion which is fine but to be helpful and have some positive advice instead of being sarcastic would be appreciated no doubt more than a dry slap in the chops lol.
Not good karma bro
And muscles can't think for themselves yeah but the brain will connect with muscles especially when you concentrate and visualise the muscle or muscles being used during wokouts.

Good article. My chest regime could do with a shake up so might give this a blast.

Nice article. My chest needs a bit of a shock. Growing stale with repetitive training sessions. Thanks for sharing.
