After much research and many dead ends I found a place in China that sells the laser hair removal machines with the equivelant power of the salons for a fraction of the cost. If anyone wants this information hit me up, I would be happy to share. I bought one of their units and it's very powerful and works very well. I've tried the bullshit that is on the US market and it doesn't work....at all! and it pisses me off. Even the European stuff is underpowered and the FDA won't even let it in the country.
