+ 1 AI Isn't hitting
Hey guys, not my first cycle but feeling a bit like a beginner because its been 5+ years. This time I wanted to keep it simple and just hit 600mg/wk of test E alongside 0.25 of Arimidex every injection. However, this time around I've got some crazy nip pain going on, never had sides before and it only hurts when touched but I'm going to assume it's not a good thing. I had bloods ran pre-cycle and 6 weeks in which was last week. I'll be posting the results of those. I read over a couple forum posts prior to posting this and have ordered some aromasin to switch the Adex out for. It could just be that the Adex is bad but I really don't see that being the case. Any suggestions based on bloods as far as maybe upping the Arimidex in the meantime? I have Proviron on hand as well, can it be ran to reduce E2 levels?

I've had gyno issues in the past. You may want to look into adding 400mg DIM + 20-30mg boron glycinate.
Your shbg is 10?
The above additions really help to regulate E2 along with the ancillaries. Took me years to find the solution. Maybe it's just me but keeping the chest flat and bloat off when running a stack is critical. Otherwise I looked silly. Boron citrate was not as effective.
Edit: pls be sure to take these in the morning, or they will keep you up at night. Your E2 isn't that high either imo. I feel really good around there. But everyone metabolizes different. This works for me, maybe it can help someone else also. Gl

I don't use arimidex I use aromasin but never really need it
60 is bad. For YOU....its bad. Get down towards 45. Others might be OK at 60 be OK for other people....I keep closer to 50 when adding mass.
Mast prop on hand? You have that aromasin now or coming? Nolva?
Don't have any mast. I'll have to start keeping it in stock. I've got aromasin and Nolva/clomid coming for the PCT. Usually dont get it all at once.
Gotta just look at the Total T/E2 ratio. I don’t think 60 is bad, but since you are getting those sides I would do 1 of three things:
1) Run DIM & calcium d glucarate
2) Slightly increase the arimidex dose
3) Add low dose mast/primo so they compete for the receptor (either 2:1 or 1:1 ratio if you aromatize strongly)
