Help!!Should I continue the next cycle or take rest and do my pct ?

Wanted to ask a question,I just came off a 10 week cycle of test prop tren ace & winny,result where great,but wanted some advice,wanted to continue my next cycle which is sustanon 350,primo200,eq300 & anavar they all long life,should do my pct before I start again or should I continue then when am done with this cycle start my pct. just wanted some good advice.and thank a head of time guys for yor help &advice..

tread-mI was going to answer your question but I see once again zewi has brought in his hcg post cycle here which is becoming more often so I will essentially answer your question with a topic discussion in the general debating zewi and the hcg post cycle information. This of course is not calling zewi out and saying "what I have is better than what you have" . It will be debate for input. I am not one to get stuck on an idea for the sake of anything. I like evolution and discussion and science so I want the discussion for the purpose of all and that includes me understanding zewi which is like me trying to understand the Anthkny Roberts pct protocol which I disagree with in part as well. So look to the general for the topic "jumpstart".
zewiPost Cycle Therapy--if your were on Arimidex--if not disregard--the Arimidex part.
HCG - Day after last shot of gear, HCG 500iu ED for 10 days
Arimidex - Stay on the arimidex during HCG usage so estrogen won't spike .25mg e3d
Nolvadex - 2 Days after last HCG shot: 20mg ED for 4 weeks
Clomid - 2 Days after HCG shot: 50mg ED with nolva, minimum of 3 weeks you can go to 4
And if you dont have the HCG
But have Clomid an Nolvadex--and its been 3 days since your last shot
Nolvadex 4 weeks at 40/40/20/20 ED
Clomid 4 weeks at 100/100/50/50 ED
Zewi u don't know how much help u been bro I thank u so much for your advice am going to take it and run with it lol,that only thing I was doing is the novladex only for a week now at 20 mg Ed,I don't have clomid or hcg but am going to some real fast this week so I could start quickly at lease by next week and go check my blood tomrrow at the doc.
zewiDo your PCT get blood work done make sure your body is back to normal. Get a good diet going (sure you already do). I always wait for blood test and minimum 3 months after PCT—yes your PCT is part of your Cycle.
Have people devoted less time to recovery? Yes they have-- but it definitely is not a good idea and will cause you to neglect full recoveries in the future and for your body to recover correctly.
Keep your body healthy do the gear the correct way, and you will get everything out if it that you are looking for—both from your body and gear.
ZewI thanks so much for that advice is very helpful. what would you recommend for a good clean up & for how long and how many mg to take if u dont mind me asking ? Am pretty sure am have to use clomid nolvdex & hcg right ?
