Mate Im desperate to get more karma got 13 now and thats unlucky (obv) and its took some getting, I think its sometimes a case of who you know and not what you know/show and I like to think there are some on this forum who as cartman would say in southpark... "suck balls" for karma scraps... AKA karma vultures lol, even the greatest posts can be overlooked and under appreciated.

I have made what i think is a great post on pct and info i have learned i have been giving a thumbs up at the top of the page thread yet it has give me no karma whys this ? I frt thats how you earned karma ? Am not a karma ho its just av seen karma been giving for shit all and i have put effort into this post like many others.

First, I don't think you can give yourself Karma! Second even if you could, you have to have 50 Karma points to give Karma.
I dont think he's suggesting he has tried and failed to give himself karma I do however undrstand his gripe as karma is hard to come by and it can be crap to see karma being put out to others for not much effort at all which does happen as does the world spin on an axis, its just as well I must add that karma is hard to get though or it would be worthless and meaningless however I have read his post its very detailed, informative and he's obviously done some homework and think he's got a point, people do seem to get karma for nothing sometimes and this isnt new ground either seen numerous posts about the same thing and there will be more, I also have found karma hard to gain and its just one of those things, often its not what you know it who you know IMO.
Think posts are misunderstood sometimes, this may be one of those.
I dnt no what your tryimg to say as even if i could i would not do that but nothing in my post said about giving myself karma now that would just be fucking stupid and if that was the case karma would meen nothing ! Swap "giving" for "gave" or "given" if you will and it makes sence and warrents no as what I perceive as a dressing down, whats constructive in that?...So I believe its a typing/elequence error thats how I decipher it.
I think firstly its a misunderstanding and secondly I think it doesnt look like YOUR not (why the upper case lettering) of the understanding that you dont need to be A+ in english to be able to ave y say lol, also I believe he mentioned a fellow eroider had said he had gave/given or as he said giving the guy a thumbs up yeah.. I say as I see also still I give you festive greetings all the same, and it was I who thumbed up the guys post as I thought it interesting coming up to my own to pct got my tamoxifen, dont like clomid so aromasin with nolva as an alternative makes me look deeper.

Ok, now I get why you were so interested. On your PCT, Aro ("assasin:) and Nolva ("blocker") both deal with Estrogen and not necessary to use both, unless your running the Aro on cycle for elimination (Gyno Prone). Although no Estro can be just as bad as too much IMO. In either case HCG can and should be run during cycle IMO, as its easier to keep the "Boys" productive than to restart them. The Clomid is used after, to restart the "Boys". Enjoy the Holidays!
Thats the score im coming off my longest cycle to date at 16 wks in another 6wks (so got time to fine tune it) , havnt run HCG throughout, never actually ran it before but I am looking into it for the future, but I thought it was an interesting post and im open to ideas so it did catch my attention, I know too little eastro is bad news for muscle building and the old joints and luckily im not gyno prone to date, but clomid makes me feel crap so id like to avoid after last used it... Might have to just bite the bullet... clomid is more suitable at getting the nuts working though Im aware than nolva.. although nolva does stimulate natty test production to a lesser degree I believe.
Nolva binds with a strong affinity to the eastro receptors, its clinical use was originally and still to counteract cancerous tissue growth by rendering eastro related growth in breast tissue as you will know, whereas AI's stops the enzyme aromatise and so the conversion of test to eastro.
Im interested to know would lowering free roaming eastro just before and perhaps into pct (im not saying for sure) help with recovery?.. due to decreasing the strength/likelyhood of eastro rebound post cycle which is where im healthily concearned with in this period... Not on cycle as such. Ive got adex as it was a standby on cycle....a "just incase" thing, think ill get some assin for the future if needed adex isnt as good so it would seem and its good to cover all bases.
Im still learning mate and will be for some time but I know a thing or two and just want to get things rite and evaluate all possibillities.

Just gna jump in here lol.i think you should have a look at my pct plan post its got some sound science on it for why you should use aromasin.i am on par with not using clomid pct thats just in my case and maybe joebigs but i know it can be vital for some in pct.i have retina problems blah blah and so on.theres some intresting stuff on my post i would welcome anyone who can question the stuff written as we all want to learn and what better way than to learn than to research then question things on here.theres a few guys with some realy good shit to say on it.just so we dnt start talking pct and clogg the karma thread up ano how it cqn happen lol.

No. Yes, upload self pics, gear pics, lab results. Post interesting shit that people appreciate and maybe someone will click a thumbs up maybe not. Just keep trying to be a good community member, be helpful when you can. Hot pics of your girl, neighbor, friend, or wife will probably get you some thumbs ups! LOL ;-p
Just take pics of gear, supplements, meals etc basically upload any pics apart from profile pics for 1+ Karma. Only downside is that you can only post one a week.
I have put a review on sust maybe should of put more detail ta get the karma but i thought it was ok.bigboy i have put a pic on and i never gained any karma you start with 1 karma dnt you ?

Anonyou might consider writing a comprehensive review on gear that you have been running. I know that myself and the other mods will give karma points for writing something besides I got my shit and it is good ...;/ tell us your experience and why the gear is good.. ie I gained x lbs.. I lost x bodyfat.. I had xyz sides... etc.

Like SGT said, it's based on your contributions in the form of feedback that you make on the site. They recently restructured the point awarding system because folks were giving away points like high fives. Been here a year and still haven't broke 50 but really didn't contribute that often.
Someone with several hundred points contributes quite often, just click on their profile and check out their forums, except Trend, it will take you weeks to read through all of his :-)
