Head and neck pain
ad
Hey guys. Just had a quick question about some pain I'm having at the top of my neck and base of my skull. It started about 7-10 days ago and only seems to be an issue during strenuous activities. Honestly, I noticed it the first time while getting a blow j from my wife. The pain comes on and results in a terrible, almost migraine like headache. My question is can this be related to the compounds I'm currently running? I have zero recollection of straining or injuring the area at any point. Just wanted to through this out there before I run to the doctor over something silly. Thanks bros.

Good read. It's far less frequent but it does still occur. Im gonna ask the doc about it during my next visit.
AnonI spent years tryi g to figure out what the fuck was wrong, it was a life saving surgery. One hell of a scar though. It happens more than you think too. I see zipperheads pretty often now that I know what to look for.
I've been taking spin class lately (yeah go ahead and laugh) and I cracked my neck in front of the instructor who happens to be a chiropractor. She looked at me like I had a third eye. Told me to never do that. If I don't, it feels like pressure builds up in that area. Next Wednesday is my TRT appt. I'll say something to the doc then. Time to stop whinning and see what's going on.
But to answer your question - Anavar could be causing this too. Anavar is notorious for causing cramps or stiffness and tensing up muscles.
It's possible you weren't breathing enough while doing a heavy lift and that could have caused it. I've had times where my neck gets stiff and I got headache.
Another known cause of this I know for sure is the way you lift on incline benchpress. I used to look in the mirror while doing incline benchpress. This put stress on my neck and caused a bit of pain I thought I pulled a muscle or something weird like that but I read about other people having this problem because they look in the mirror while doing incline.
AnonI know this is an old post but I never got to hear how it turned out. Anything new?
Nope. Still occurs from time to time. Although, my neck pops a lot now. It gets stiff and I'll crack it and it feels better. Might be a good idea to see a chiropractor, which scares the piss out of me. Thanks for asking though.
tread-mSounds like it may be a large tumor at the base of the skull brother...I'M JUST KIDDING! Damn your estro is up you cry baby! Lol. May well be stress which can lead to those symptoms in that exact same place and may just be a little pump there from the var or may be stress coupled with pumps from the var. If none of that sounds right I'd check out the tumor. May need to find some relaxation, yoga, good rest. If still dealing with it then possibly a good chiro adjustment with tens machine use when you go and then think about getting your own tens. The next step could be muscle relaxers in mild dose for the nerves and stress as a last resort. I had the very same issue and a little doc prescribed lexapro for a short while and I was right as rain! The neck think really got me almost daily as it progressed...al stress induced and then probably made worse with gear use. Roll by Goths some Saturday night and smoke a fatty! Well, I guess he may not have a monopoly on it so roll by someones house that has a fatty!
Yeah my post did sound a little whiny lol. I've never ran Tren before so I was wondering if that could be the culprit. I'll try the herb and meditation first. Haven't done that in a couple months anyways. Thanks for the reply bro.
tread-mWell I mean there is potential there via pump but I don't get that with tren in the neck/base of skull. Mine got bad though through the stress thing. Hope that fixes you up bro..
