My daily food intake.

everday I try to have something similar to this, whatcha think? (EXCLUDING SUPPLEMENTS!)

Breakfast - around 10 AM - Pint of Milk(semi-skimmed), bowl of porridge(oatmeal) along with a 3 egg/ham omlette.

12 AM - half cup of almonds with banana - pint of water

2 PM - full steak with kindeybeans and onions, along with some mash. - pint of water

3.30 PM - had porridge again + pre workout shake - pint of milk

WORKOUT - 2 pints of water

4.45 PM - white noodles with turkey breast with mixed vegs. -pint of water

6 PM - a big ass chicken wrap with mixed vegs.- pint of water

right now just had midnight snack of some sliced cheese and more almonds, most days I'll try to eat something along of those...mainly when its not a school week.

my only thoughts would be watch your sodium with that ham... ? Looks like you are pretty knowledgable in dieting to me.

i love the 2 pm steak you don't see that much ! whenever i can its hard to fit in but i hate waiting all day for that nightly steak i don't feel like abeast till i get that steak in me . way to start the day off right!

also i think there is to much of a gap between 6 and your midnight snack

hmmm, maybe something extra around 8 or 9? I'm always trying to change my meal routine.

maybee move your mid night snack to 8 or 9 and then have egg whites before bed

Breakfast at 10 am i envy you i havent been able to sleep that late in years. Looks like your on the right track only thing for me personally is i stay away from most dairy i might have some cottage cheese before bed thats about . And i stay away from white pasta i try tp get my carbs from oatmeal and rice brown and white. I try to stay gluten free ive cut 2 % bf in the last month or so by cutting out wheat just some suggestions.

Thanks for the tip! sometimes Wheat dont agree with me at all, get cramps etc, I'll probably end up cutting that out at some point!
