1st Cycle, Test E, looking for some advice on PCT and Dosage

ad

Hey everyone here are my stats and I am looking for advice on my first cycle.

I have been lifting consistently for the past 2 years, and on and off for years before that.

I am 21 years old, 6', 180 pounds with below 5% BF.

2 Years ago I decided to begin bulking hard, and was eating a solid 5000 calories a day for a whole year, and shot up from 150 pounds to 193 when I slowed down my caloric intake.

I would say I ended up with about 8-10 % BF as my abs weren't as defined as they could have been.

Since then I am taking in about 200 grams of protein a day and getting about 3500-4000 calories a day, and I am vegan on top of all of this.

In the next month I am planning to get back on my bulk regimen in preparation to cycle on April 1st for a 10 week Test E cycle. I am looking to get my weight back to a solid 190ish and continue bulking throughout my cycle as hard as I can.

My question to you all is this..

I am looking at either doing 600 mg a week in two shots, preferably Monday and Thursday, but am unsure of whether I need HCG as I have read many a cycles but I am unclear as to what HCG really is and if it is needed for a Test E only cycle.

I am also unsure of my PCT as well, I am thinking of running both Nolva and Clomid as they are not completely similar. I also need some dosages to give me a ballpark figure of what to actually purchase and how much of it I will need.

And I have read countless cycles saying to wait until the half life of the test is below 150 mg or so to begin my PCT, so that should be almost 2.5-3 weeks after my last injection?

Any feedback/advice is greatly appreciated!

All looks good fellas, I'm still debating on whether or not to start cycling in April.

One question though, is HCG worth it, during the cycle?

Another random question to you folks is what are your opinions of supplementation with BCAAs on/off gear? I have been megadosing for the past 2 weeks at 50g a day, and just more recently the past few workouts have been complete shit. Does anyone feel a mood change when taking BCAAs? Or feel like they are lethargic when supplementing?

@raiderrott- I am not 100% convinced I will start a cycle, I want to have a solid month of bulking and keep a regular sleep pattern and depending on where I am at the end will decide on whether or not I want to begin a cycle, I really do appreciate the concern, and have been lurking around this site for a while, just wanted to get some more feedback and to have a platform to do more research on a first cycle.

Appreciate the feedback fellas..
@juiceinator-What age would you consider someone to get on gear?
@litlitalian- So your PCT was JUST Nolva? Did you consider taking both?
@jpal- I appreciate your concern, but I heard a good starting age is 25, now your saying 30? When do natty test levels drop?

Is anyone suggesting the usage of HCG with a test only cycle? Is aromasin a requirement regardless?

no i did not say 30 is a good time to start i said you dont want be under 30 and on hormone replacement therapy for the rest of your life because you started using gear to young

Little research is all it would take and 21 is pretty young bro BUT if you are set on it 500-600 pinning twice a week is good. That was my first and I just did PCT Nolva 40/20/20/20. Went and got blood tests and hormonal panel once I was done and i was all good but that was just me. May be different for you. I'm sure some vets may chime in on this in more depth

bro not trying to sound like a dick but you are too young andnot alot of people are going to give you advice. I understand the want to use gear and but your health should be your main concern you dont want to be under 30 and on hrt for the rest of your life do you.

x2. You got more natty test than you know what to do with. Jus keep it in the kitchen and you'll be all good
