best case scenario of kept gains (strength in particular) after first cycle

How much of strength and size gains can ideally be kept after first cycle (assuming ideal PCT, diet and training)?

Also, say you didn't gain much size and aimed for strength. Therefore you shouldn't lose much size after the cycle. What about strength? Can it be more easily maintained that way?

Example: Squat max before and after cycle - 400 / 460 (not sure if realistic).

And what would you say your strength gains were? Plus, 50? 100?

after my first cycle I lost maybe 2kgs after gaining 10ish, but now two months after cycle I've got that 2kgs back, I just kept up the food and training like I did on cycle as best as I could. I hope to have similar results with my second cycle which I'm slowly planning still researching on what I want to run.. so I'd say you can keep 80-90% of first cycle at first

first cycle ever was a lonnnng time ago and it was reforvit -b , (inj,d-bol) and laurabolin, (mex-deca) , and then sustanon pre-loads w/ an 18 gauge pin!hahaha, i gained 25 pounds in 12 weeks , after the hcg and novaldex, (no-clomid) then, i lost 4 pounds at the 10 week off mark, your first cycle 90% of the time will leave you with almost ALL of your gains!!dont expect 10 cycles from now to keep 15 pounds of solid mass after gaining 18 pounds during cycle, . Strength shouldnt go down either!!!be smart about your training post cycle !, do not add sets or workouts, instead decrease workload and take more rest days figuring your recuperative powers wont be like they where while using!also keep a training journal, know your totals on all excercises and try to go up at least 1 rep every workout, even if a few forced reps are needed.expect the most out of your cycle1, and DO not slack off thinking you wont be making any gains during the 8-12 week off cycle!! thats B.S.!!, you WILL!
