question about tendons and low rep training
ad
Is this correct that juicing actually makes your tendons even weaker than before while making muscles surrounding them stronger and therefore creating an extremely high risk of tendon injury?
What would happen to someone who trains for olympic weightlifting and attempts max squats and other lifts several times a week (and generally trains in the 1-3 rep range)?
I have already had some minor knee injuries that fortunately healed quite fast, but I can't imagine what would happen if I were on a cycle and got stronger (never done a cycle).
How does that work? There must be a way around this.

Thats somewhat coerrect but not quite. Testosterone increases muscle growth but it does not make tendons weaker. Its just a thing where it causes your muscles to grow at a much faster rate than your tendons whcich, as you said, can increase risk of tendon injury. Basically juicing can give you gorila muscles but you'll still have man tendons. Some compounds like Deca or Equipoise can actually increase collagen synthesis and bone mineral content though. Testosterone alone actually decreases collagen synthesis by 50% or more.
Not from me but another source......"Deca, Equipoise, Anavar, and Primobolan will ALL increase skeletal muscle while AT THE SAME TIME dramatically increasing collagen synthesis, bone mass, and density, leaving you with a substantially reduced chance of becoming injured than if you choose to use AAS like sus, cyp, or enth by themselves"
Hmm, so I'm assuming to counteract test's effect on tendons, one should combine it either with Deca, Equipoise, Anavar, or Primobolan?
Thats what the science leads me to believe BUT some guys swear Deca made their joint pain worse because it allowed them to lift SO much weight. I guess watch your poundage while on Deca, i havent heard anything bad about Anavar, Primo, or Eq though. Check this out

That was a good read, never heard of adaquan. Doubt I would be interested in the whole 3" needle for site injects in the tendon. I'll stick with the deca and eq. Boldenone give some pretty good strength increases. The thing with powerlifring in my mind is that it doesn't help in clearing your androgen receptors the way high reps and cardio does. Power lifters usually don't train more than twice a week. I'm all about lifting heavy cause that's like a disease in the brain. What I do is high reps and couple times a week I'll do power exercises.
