GYNO QUESTION with BLOOD WORK!
After a cycle of emass 3x I developed gyno, I had blood work done within the month after my cycle(I know I should have went sooner, and done a lot of of other stuff to prevent these questions, but live and learn) Anyways I took about 6 months after in hopes that it would reduce the gyno, which it didnt. It was suggested by many members on here that I get blood work to determine if my gyno is progesterone or estrogen. Long story short I got blood drawn today, and I got a copy of my original blood tests that were done within the month of my first cycle that caused my gyno.
Results that were high
Bun- 33 (range 5-21)
SGOT(AST)- 45 (range 3-40)
Monocyrtes- 16 (range 2-13)
Monocyrte absolute- 1.3 (range 0.2-1.0)
****Important results****
Testosterone serum-665
Free Testosterone- 11.3
Estrogens, total- 107
Progesterone- 0.35
THE RANGE FOR THESE LAST THREE WERE NOT AVAILABLE, HOWEVER MY DOCTOR DID SAY THAT THE PROGESTERONE AND ESTROGEN WERE HIGH. WHAT DOES EVERYONE THING IS CAUSING MY GYNO? PROGESTERONE OR ESTROGEN? AND HOW DO I GO ABOUT TREATING IT?! THANKS IN ADVANCE GUYS!!!

Hey bro, if check my introduction you will see that I'm a lab technician. Your estrogen levels are damn near doubled. You are in the male infertility range. You need to get down between 30-60 ng.
TropicanaJuiceWhat about the progesterone? Do you think thats the cause of the gyno or more just the estrogen?
Your issues are all estrogen..you need some anti estrogen. You're basically suffering from an estrogen rebound after pct. Progesterone isn't far off...no need to worry. However your liver enzymes up top are still elevated, first limit alcohol consumption and "first pass" meds and otc meds for 3-4 weeks.
Anti estrogen
50 mg zinc daily (uncoated tablet)
Also get a FSH level on your next blood work. ...keep me posted
You know the error that was made. I hope the duration x's onset can still be counteracted ....much respect
TropicanaJuiceYes I do, Thanks a lot man for the analysis! I appreciate the help and thats why I love this site.
On another note: DAMN PROHORMONES.
I can just look at your numbers and know that test is fine and estrogen is high for a man. To list a source ref ranges:
Labcorp: between 3-70 picogram/mL
Quest: between 10-50 picogram/mL
These are male ref ranges, of course. I think the progesterone is high too, like your doctor says.
I'm sorry bro, but I'm afraid you are a surgical case. It's been too long since symptoms have appeared.
I've fortunately never had gyno, but once it appears and manifests (not just symptoms like itchy nipples), folks write that surgery is the only way to get rid of it.
I think it is too late for high dose letro.
Who cares treat them both IMO
TropicanaJuicethats the plan, but I dont wanna use nolva because of the progesterone gyno so I need to find something else to use for letro estrogen rebound
searching the forum would be wise at this point also. There are areas of the forum dedicated to gyno
Pramipexole is what you want I am not sure of the dosage. Or I believe another product referred to as CABER
