I understand you have to wait two weeks after your last injection . I have 50 mg Citrate on hand . Do I take 50mg a day ? Or every other day ? How long do you run this stuff for? Don't understand when guy's say 100/50/50/20 . What does that mean ? I was on a Test only cycle .500 mg a week . I really don't have any sides right now . Maybe a little itche nips . Took 10mg of Nolva for a week for that. Is it normal ? Not to have any sides . Why should I take Arimidex . If I don't have any sides . I see alot of guy's taking .25 every other day . If you have . 1 mg pills . Do you split them into 4 . Could you ? Brake this P.C.T Citrate thing down barnie style for me. Thanks ! Newbie .

Eric090585personally, i prefer nolvadex for PCT.. 40/40/20/20 (40mgs every day for the first 2 weeks followed by 20mgs every day for the last 2 weeks).
start PCT 2 weeks after last injection of Test E (I'm assuming that's what u were using...right?)

you take arimidex becuase it stop estrogen from being made, nolvadex works only on your estrogen sites inside your nips so it can pretect you but wont lower estrogen, some people take .25 arimidex every day, and then follow up thier post cycle therapy with clomiphene citrate at 50mg /day for sevral weeks. yes technically you could take a 1mg arimidex pill and break it into four pieces, but then one piece might be .20mg, second piece might be .35mg and so on, you could also buy liquidex "liquid arimidex" from one of the chemical peptide research companys found on this site and you could get it fast cuz it sounds like you need it bro. might also order thier nolvdex and clomid for your p.c.t.. next time dont start a cycle without haveing your anti estrogens and your pct serms. cuz now your prolly gunna loose allota what you made on the cycle. hope this helps. i did the same thing before but that was when i was 18 yrs old, ive learned much since then.

Difference between me and you is I educate myself on what I put in my body and ifs effects I also get regular blood work for health reasons I take all the precautions and I even know the risks you my friend are just playing russian roluette with hormones
I understand where your coming from . I care about my health too . Blood work etc...I'am just not an expert on the mater of p.c.t . I guess I'am going to have to go back to school and do my homework .
you guy's make this shit so difficult . 20 yrs ago . They never used p.c.t . When I did my first cycle in highschool . Motherfuckers ! Never used p.c.t after a cycle . Which I know now . Is stupid .

Yea ! I should have done a little bit more research on p.c.t . Even the first time I was on a T.R.T dose . The doctor didn't tell me shit about p.c.t . It was a o.k dose . Around 300 mg. a week .

reno ive just read all the thread man,seriously the best advice i could give you right now is to spend rest of this week researcing every thing you can about pct protocol,start with finding out what each drug does for you and you will be able to piece it all together,everything you need to know is on ER somewhere,by reading all this stuff yourself it will sink in better than just a quick one liner thread,good pct is the most important part of any cycle losing all the gains you made is bad shit,the cost of the gear is wasted money,and if you fuck yourself up thats worse.
when ordering my cycle i do it back to front,meaning i chose all my pct gear first,then choose the compounds.i will not cycle unless i have everthing re pct is about me.sorry for the big write brother i just want you to do the right thing.
