When to expect Anavar to kick in

I started taking some Anavar about 8 days ago @ 60mg ed, but did not notice much, other than a slight spike in BP and a little dehydration. But the dehydration only lasted about a day, so it could have been a fluke. I upped the dose to 80mg 3 days ago to see if it made a differnce. No improvements in pumps so far, we'll see what tonight brings. I'm thinking I've got several bags of chalk. :-(

I'll be switching brands RSN for comparison. Anything else I can look for? It has no taste BTW, but I understand that it has no taste anyway.

I'll send someone 2 weeks worth of Chem-Tec so they can tell me how effective it is. I'm currently running a Test/Deca/Winny cycle so I can't find out for myself right now.

What brand of var did you use at first? What you using now?

The original Var was Z-Labs, the new brand is MediStar. I'm definitely stiff with the new Var, but I can't say it's doing much for my strength. Vascularity is a little better (legs and forearms), but it's making me thinner in all the wrong places. I still can't lose the pouch, probably should have dropped the BF a bit lower to start and the age does not help either.

40 did not phase me, 60 was mildly annoying and 80 is fun :-). Now if only I felt some gains.

what are you running right now, depending on stats you could do some cruising to keep the hardness up. You really dont want to be on pct during your contest season.

like girl said, you run a low level while your off to maintain. But this seems like you need a little more help then just cycle advice. If you could please post ALL of your stats, including past cycles, and contest months, not exact dates cause that is too much info for a thread. we can get a better idea of exactly what it is that you need. Also if your coach isnt able to help with this kinda info, i would look into getting a new one.

LOL, the ol guys. Even @ 200 a week my T-Doc freaks @ my levels so I had to go freelance. Nothing makes me gain like T though, but it bugs the sh*t out of my Tendonitis if I use too much. So I prefer a mixture of T&D while cruising.

Try to keep your dosage to around 0.2 mg per pound at least as far as bodybuilding goes

Yeah I'll be dropping back to 60 when my other brand arrives. Although it will be difficult to know if it's the new batch or just the passage of time that made the difference. But I suspect it's crap.

Been on the replacement Var for a few days now (60mg) and wow are my muscles tight, especially my elbows. I did not experience this at all with the previous 'Var'. I've gone to a split dose, since the half life is supposed to be about 9 hours.

It's not affecting my Cardio at all (yet), which I've seen some people complain about. It's making the last set of Bench reps a challenge though.

No leg pumps, but my shoulders kill me when on the Treadmill from swinging my arms. It's also leaving me a bit tired; had to quit the Elliptical early the other night, just couldn't finish. More sleep definitely helps and I can finally feel it kicking in on the lifts.

I was @ 80 on the previous stuff, but dropped back to 60 when I changed brands. It's not too bad most days.

Yeah, just makes me wonder what else is junk from the same source. I'll about the Var RSN.

How much fat loss did you see from the Var BTW? I understand that takes a bit longer to show.
