Yesterday was a quarter pounder meal and a grilled chicken from mcdonalds followed it up with a can of schlitz, good old blue bull haha. I felt terrible for eating and drinking all this garbage though.

Cheat meal starts after a heavy day of quads so on my day off I eat
9am - Meal 1 - 6 eggs scrambled , 3 chocolate chip pancake , 2 oatmeal bars
12pm - Meal 2 - 2 Burgar king double woppers , 1 large poutine, 1 regual Coke
3 pm - Meal 3 - 1 bag Ketchup flavored Crispers
5 pm - Meal 4 - KFC - 10 peice bucket meal , large gravy, large fries
10 pm - meal 5 - Whey protien shake and 5-10 fresh chocolate chip cookies
That is what I eat on my one day off from the gym.
