AAS for muscle strain?

ad

I've had chronic inflammation in my lower back for about 7 months due to overtraining. I can't workout or do cardio, or anything that requires a good amount of stress. I haven't been through physiotherpay yet, but I'm skeptical of it being the perfect solution.

Would AAS help me in relieving this pain?

Deca will shut you down quite hard so make sure you have a good PCT ready to go.

You may want to just a single AAS for your first cycle. That way if sides are bad you know what's causing it.

If you stay around 300mg/w with deca you should be ok though. You should run test higher than deca or you'll be getting a limp noodle.

How old are you and what do you weigh, what's your height etc..

Thing is with deca your diet needs to be spot on to gain well on it, there are other substances that are more forgiving diet wise so if you don't hit your calorie target you'll still gain. That wouldn't hurt the healing of your back too much though if that's your primary goal.

I have never used any type of anabolic steroid. But ill definitely try deca along with a test base. Thanks for the info guys.

deca helped my back no end, I found if I didn't train my back just my stomach it evened things out. That and a shit load of deca left me with no more pain in my lower back.

I broke L1 and L2 vertebrae about 14 years ago which left me loads of strains and muscle problems in the area. Constant spasms which took a couple of sauna sessions a day to relax off.

The deca was so good and the effects last ages, as long as you don't start training your back heavy when it kicks in.

Have you used deca before or any other AAS?

I've read that Decca relieves damaged or sore tendons and joints. Haven't tried yet myself but that's what they say.
