Getting ready to order my first cycle for MMA, BJJ, and Weight Training.
Like I said Im getting ready to order and I just wanna run this past you guys. I pulled a little info to for this cycle from the first timers cycle at the top of the forums list.
I train MMA, BJJ, Muay Thai and lift in either the morning or evening depending on my class times. My WO's can go anywhere from 1.5 to 3 hours. Weights generally run about 45 minutes to an hour. My diet is clean and right. Got my BF% checked yesterday. So...Here goes.

Cycle is as follows:
Wk 1-10 250 Test-E X2/wk
Wk 1-12 A-Dex 0.5mg EOD
Wk 1-4 Anavar 40 mg/Day (or Winn)
Wk 1&2 Proviron 50 mg/Day
Wk 3&4 Proviron 25 mg/Day
Wk 8 Winn 40 mg/Day
How does this look? To me it seems like too much on the liver.Running the Winn and Var was suggested but Im sketchy. Should I get rid of using both the Win and Var in the cycle or is this okay? Let me know what ya guys think and feel free to add your constructive critisism!

Ok here is my updated cycle:
Wk 1-10 250 Test-E X2/wk or maybe run a lower dose of 200 to stay lean
Wk 1-12 A-Dex 0.5mg EOD
Wk 1-8 Anavar 40 mg/Day (or Winn)
Wk 7-10 Proviron 50 mg/Day
Wk 2 til end of PCT Milk Thistle ED
5 g creatin ED
PCT: 2 wks after last injection Nolva 40/40/20/20
I'd suggest a few minor tweaks:
Run the test-e for 12 weeks. It's a long half-life so doesn't really kick in for a few weeks. Keep A-dex on hand, but don't start using it unless you start getting sensitive or sore nips (because running proviron, var and adex will have a profoundly bad effect on your HDL/LDL ratios). Instead run the Proviron for the entire time you are on test-e as it should give you enough anti-e protection at that level of test-e, and it also multiplies the (good) effects of the test-e. If you can, get your liver enzymes tested around 6-8 weeks and if OK, run the Var for the full cycle or your workouts may crash just when things are starting to get good (40mg/day Var is a fairly low/safe dose compared to the amounts a competitive BB wound use). Ignore suggestions to just run it for a few weeks at the beginning or end as you are interested in athletic performance, not hardening your gains for a competition. If you still only want to use it for 8 weeks, then use it for the last 8 weeks.
maybe im wrong but if you were only doing winny or anavar for 4 weeks wouldnt you want to add it to the end of a cycle not the begining? like weeks 6-10 or weeks 8-12..depending how many your going to run
I was going to run Var Wk 1-4 and Winn Wk 4-8 BUT instead Im going to run Winn fo wks 1-8 and put the hardener wk 7-10 and do nolva 40/40/20/20 for PCT
joint pain can occurred with running winny (or at least it did for me, dried me right out)..if your competitivly training MMMA you may want to go the Anavar route...seems to me anavar and deca have been favorites for MMA athletes
Milk Thistle everyday. Proviron at the end of Wk 12 and Clomid 2-3 wks after Test-E. How does that sound?

Nice. Thanks man! I originally had nolva in the cycle but they were out. So I need to go find some clomid or nolva now. Id prefer nolva.
I was going to get the milk thistle locally. Should I take that daily or with PCT? Can someone suggest PCT and how I should place that in the cycle?
actually looks pretty good. would probably lean more towards the winny, 4 wks of var is hardly worth it and winny is much more cost effective, would run it all the way through, too.
proviron is a hardner so i'd suggest running at the end and wouldn't go less than 50mg.
and would probably look into some liver protection (just to cover ur bases) milk thistle is cheap
and, of course, proper PCT
