AnonGNC Wheybolic is probably the best "body building" protein out there gram for gram. It's expensive though. You compare labels for things like BCAA profiles and nutrient content per gram or scoop and it's above syntha, ON platinum, all of the big names. I buy it if it's red tagged or buy one get one half off. As far as mrp I think anything by universal nutrition is good. A lot of those give you a lot of calories from bullshit. Some have 50-60 grams of sugar per serving. Universals has like 10.

Sup yoked. I spent over 5 years in the supp biz. Make sure to look at the cholesterol on your protein and it will tell you a lot about the quality of it. Higher the cholesterol the shittier the protein. Google true nutrition and check them out and you can make your out protein blend and decide what goes in it. I'm not going to bash any brands but I know several we tested failed and did not have what they said was in them. Good luck

No one understands how much these big companies use fillers to make their proteins. Like you want a hydrolized coldwater filtered whey isolate with some triglycerides for instant absorption and bcaa and energy. No one wants concentrate proteins its just the bi product of the milk process no filtration. I love true because you only get specific protein. If people read the nutrition label on there supplements they would be very disappointed on how much they are paying for what they are getting.
Well said. Look at your grams per scoop compare to grams of protein in that powder and u can see how many fillers and other trash is in there. Too many companies are garbage now in the supp market

Meal replacement. It's more of a complete protein shake than just protein powder. I try to get a couple of those in daily in between real food meals, or if I'm too busy to cook anything.
