is this a good progressive overload, in order to bulk in a course of 4 months, and without plateau?

Hello, I wanted to know, can I do like this? In a course of 16 weeks (4 months bulk)
Week 1-4 = Increasing amount of reps
Week 4-8 = Increasing weights
Week 8-12 = Increasing amount of sets
Week 12-16 = Increasing weights or reps
Between each bulk of 16 weeks, there will be at least 8-12 weeks of cut. I plan to hold the same amount of reps & sets than the last planning I was following, but just keeping the sets pretty low such as 4-6 sets per muscles, which would potentially increase to +10 sets during the bulks.

You kind of need a combination of all of that together.

Jonathan22but, if I simply increase the weight, it's challenging to simultaneously increase the number of reps and sets. Are you suggesting that I incorporate a different form of overload each week instead of waiting for a full four-week cycle to change the approach?
Don’t need to do it all at once. Those are all. Viable methods. Just don’t specifically lock yourself into 4 wk blocks. Time between sets is also a big factor no matter what principle you use. If you start taking longer breaks between sets cause you increased the weight or reps you are defeating the whole purpose and no longer in progressive overload
Jonathan22I gotchu, actually I started my cycle one month ago and already maxed out everything (lowest rest time, longest time under tension, etc..) the only thing I can still do is higher the weights, but in your post you talk about micro-progression, and actually I don't feel able to higher the weight every 2 weeks at least, is there anything I could do like a deload and start again from the start, with longer rest, shorter time under tension, etc.. or I am fucked?
I can't imagine how you could have maxed everything out in only a month.
Progressive overload is a lifetime. It will never end. You will need to switch to a different workout routine. I have some posted in my profile, I would start with one of those. They have progressive overload built into them already.
