Pack seized, second pack on the way to the same address. If this one gets seized too, am I going to jail?!

I just had a pack seized by customs, and it was reshipped but I didn’t want it reshipped. If this one gets seized too, am I in trouble? Has anyone had 2 packs seized before ? I need help. I’m worrying a fucking ulcer into my stomach.

You'll probably receive the second pack!
If you were to jail the first pack wouldn't have been seized. It would have been a controlled delivery and you would currently be in jail.

Actually, when an item is seized the address and name of sender and recipient are auto flagged in the USPS system (This also why you should never have it sent to McLovin' - They know who lives there < This is also flagged).
I used to run regional IT for USPS for about 6 years. I would imagine the software has been updated since I have been away.
An address is usually burned after the 2nd seizure. The likelihood of your packages being searched goes up exponentially. The only packages that can never be searched are first class, these are covered under the 4th amendment and require a warrant.
If your EU based 1 golden rule don't order international got mine seized several times
1st time they where normal vials with products tickers brand MG compound I got a house search and needed to do an explanation I denied it I whas swollen AF that moment lmao no sir I didn't order anything no sir I don't know a Chinese guy

Second 3 and 4 time I chose discreet packing or I ask the source to remove the labels (some will do it some not) these 4 orders where hold @ customs they send me a letter to ask for the invoice not responding and after 30 days they destroy it I already lost a lot of money tho but that's part of the game don't stress it bro if you don't order 100 vials the will do nothing 1st time I got a warning from justice hope it's helps you a bit

Every state has its own policy. Try asking some of your compatriots, if you know them, or the source itself regard your country.
They may even knock on your door without warning. This happened to a friend of mine.
I have made thousands of transaction on the darnet markets. The below all depends on quantity as well, the bigger, the faster you get to the 3rd try.
1st Almost always a love letter from customs/USPS. Toss it and never worry about it again, DO NOT go and
pick it up or call, they give you the choice.
2nd Another love letter, if with in 3 months of last love letter, your address is burned, get a new one.
3rd Knock on the door to sign for the package, refuse delivery and say I have no idea what that is and
am not expecting anything, If left on porch AFTER it say's seized, DO NOT bring it inside and mark some
bullshit about return to sender etc. you are now in possession.

Yeah, once or twice. It's called a controlled drop. If they have reason to believe you are home when they knocked on the door, they will leave it on the doorstep and wait. The moment and I mean the moment you touch it, it is now in your control and possession.

Unless it is a massive amount, there should not be any problem. But, I would consider changing address for the next time. Staying safe as much as possible is our everything.
I can't help but think this may vary also on which country you are based in - some just don't seem to care about 5 to 10 vials and will let it go through whereas some such as Oz will pursue you till the ends of the earth for it. I think its a grey area with no definitive answer.

AnonUnless it was a massive supply for the entire police department no one will bother doing anything besides sending another letter. No one can arrest you for having something illegal delivered by mail unless they can prove you ordered it, and that takes money and man power, not worth it for a small no victim misdemeanor. Unless the local police department decides it's worth doing a controlled delivery, they would have to get you to sign for the pack, but sources don't require that.
If you could be arrested for having something illegal delivered I'd be sending packs to my ex's house once a month.
Maybe start kegel exercises just in case.
