Mamdouh "Big Ramy" Elssbiay
there's been a lot of talk that big ramy might have a chance to dethrone phil this year. Now the eroids community dislikes snythol which im right there with you but you have to look at these big time competitors and wonder how much they are using? obviously AAS and Peptides are part of the game but it seems to be the consensus that synthol is cheating but have you looked at big ramy's photo's lately? Im not trying to take away how much work this guys put in from the kitchen and gym and mental aspect but maybe a more experienced bodybuilder here in the community can chime in but maybe i just haven't seen him until this year but he came out of no where and idk maybe its all hard work or maybe not but look at his quads and shoulders they just aren't proportional, don't get me wrong they're HUGE but it doesn't fit his frame. eroiders tell me your thoughts!

I think the quads are more of a freaky genetic thing than anything. A dude thats been training for 3 years with THAT size has to have crazy genetics, all the AAS, synthol, peptides and anything wont make anyone that big so fast. He won't make that big of a splash at the O though. Top 5, for sure, but no way top 2. Peter McGough said it great. He already lost his surprise factor at the NY Pro. We know who he is now and that he's huge, so it's gonna come down to how he can dial it in compared to the top 5 Vets in the show. Gonna be interesting for sure
Can't wait to see how Shaun Rohden looks, if he did in fact put on more size he is going to take it to Phil.
He surprised the hell outa me last year. I new he had great shape and aesthetics but man he came up fast. It seems everyone is talkin Phil and Kai again but they forget about him. With another year of progress it could be lights out

Synthol is more widely used then most think, it's simple not talked about, at all. He isn't well known so he won't dethrone the champ but IMO he will cause some trouble in the top 5 if he comes out as good as he did at the ny pro. He is some what of a new bodybuilder but for the most part it's exaggerated.

Heard hes only been bbing for 3 years, def a genetics freak. And most pros use synthol its not really a big deal.
