happy turkey and one year anniversary of being part of eroids nation. god the knowledge from researching and readying has helped me out soooo much. i just wanted to say thank u to bfg and all the mods that make this place run and the members that make it a community that i want to be part of with all the knowledge u "old" men have which is the best from 1st hand experience. also say thank u to goth and all that help run the ebc which personally keeps me motivated in the gym.
