+ 1 Banana pancakes for all!

I wanted to share this recipe with everyone because my wife made it this morning and they are amazing, as well as good for you.
What you need:
Eggs
Bananas
Cinnamon
Sugar free syrup
Large bowl
This is a weight watchers recipe I believe but the pancakes are so good you won't mind. If you eat 3 or 4 eggs use one banana and with 6 or more eggs use 2. Use at least one or two whole eggs with the rest egg whites. Mash up the bananas in the large bowl. Crack and mix in the eggs. Once mixed, empty in to a pan and flip like an omlette. Plate when cooked through, top with cinnamon and syrup. Enjoy!!

This is a good desert and source of protein. However, I make panckakes with water, I don't add milk and I add only one egg even if I make about 10 pancakes
I make these all the time... 2 eggs per banana, I add cinnamon in the mix, also add a small handful of quick oats to give it a little texture that makes it easier to flip. I also like to add blueberries.
These are a great left over - take two, slap some peanut butter between them for a quick pre work out meal.
No pancake mix, ehh?
Yeah man. Better for you and still gives you the sense of eating pancakes with the cinnamon and syrup! Try it out and let me know what you think. My sweet tooth is always my dieting nemesis so I try and find ways to make things sweet while not screwing up my goals. I have a couple more things I will post for everyone later.
