What's up everybody?!? I just ate the most amazing potatoe I have ever had. If you have a whole foods near you I insist you pick up some Japanese sweet potatoes. I know you all are just like me and have eaten a million potatoes. It gets old eating the same things and these potatoes will be a game changer for you. Imagine if a baked potato and a sweet potato had a baby you get Japanese sweet potatoes. Best of both worlds and even the skin taste amazing! Go get em!

On another note, I have seen a lot of vets getting tired of talking people off the edge for stupid cycles and I have a solution to get your minds in a better place. Focus more attention on these sections that are neglected. Let the community know the meals you make and the traing you do to produce the bad ass ma trucka you see in the mirror. Post crazy cheat meals, balls out training routines, whatever you want to share. Then the focus can shift away from dumb shit to awesomeness.
