6 cycles in. TEST A,E,P,MAST P, TBOL, TNE, WINSTROL are the roids I have used. I do a traditional PCT of NOLVA/CLOMID 40/40/20/20 100/100/50/50 and run AROMASIN on cycle, used Adex my 1st round and had terrible rebound so I permanently outlawed it in my body lol.

Its not hard to figure out what these terms mean, simply by their name BULK(traditionally fall/winter)-to gain weight,muscle and overall mass, not really staying to worried about definition and being vascular. CUT(traditionally spring/summer)- to "cut" the fat off and see definition and vascularity, losing pounds and getting lean.

But what I am after is some wisdom on how to go about this, primarily on not losing the gains from the on cycle bulk through the pct/time off and on to the cut cycle. I like alot of you, Im sure have ran cycles in the past with great gains but end up losing all of them during the time off period. I have also run cycles where I kept the gains by running a proper pct and staying in the gym consistently with a good diet...but I still cant help to lose most of what I have worked so hard for. I realize this isnt a sprint its a marathon but I am looking for some suggestions on keeping more of my gains through the time off. Or is time off without a doubt going to work against your gains but revive your natural state?

From your experiences, do you see more solid gains with short esters or long? Obviously you have to take more time off after a long ester cycle which leaves a longer time off period to lose the gains. So does it make more sense to run 4-5 short esters each year as opposed to 2-3 longs each year, why or why not?

How do you train during the off-time? I have had the best luck with staying low in weight-high in reps..chasing that pump!!! I never try and exceed my maxs off cycle. Maybe I should max off cycle next time.

I should mention I am not a competitive bodybuilder or powerlifter, I merely do this as a lifestyle and for fun, so I dont need extreme examples or ideas but they are welcomed, any advice on keeping my gains would be awesome.

I think total dosages and total time ON is directly related to gains / sides ratio; also to Test axis suppression alike...more so then what esters or combos of such are used!
Although many have their fave esters( I like short)

I say repeat your last cycle or something very close to has what worked already!

Best to start and continue a slow roll with AAS it's a marathon they say!

For me personally my year is spent mostly OFF
I'm only mid twenties in age and still have a lot of natty production
I also am not a bodybuilder so my routine differed from many here
Although it's best to give your body plenty of time to be Off juice
Unless you like try HrT but that's a whole big deal in of itself!

They say the rule to follow is

Time ON+pct=time OFF

Not all follow that rule an many just Blast and cruise

About what you think your body should and will handle and your health!

For pure harm reduction for most users; which use AAS incorrectly: the best advice it to use none at all or like my Ai protocol the very least needed to do exactly the job needed( varies )
