+ 1 CRUISING AND BLASTING vs CYCLING
ad
Id like to hear from some of you guys who cruise/blast as opposed to traditional cycle/pct/time off...
I know you will destroy your endocrine system if you cruise/blast...how long of doing this will it take to destroy it?
Where did the "time off" come from?
Some interaction on these topics would be great.
thanks!

AnonOne way to take a break but keep gains is hcg and hgh. 2000iu hcg eod and 2iu hgh everyday probably more if you use hgh normally as your body is used to it. I did this for 4 weeks straight awhile back and it worked good.
TONYPERKISI am EXTREMELY skeptical of HGH AND HCG just because I hear so much on bunk shit going around like candy......
Do you notice HCG that much right away?
AnonCruising will drop your HDL to shit and have waaay more chance of heart diease
That is a blanket statement and only true if you are running a high(er) dose. This dose can vary from person to person, but many TRT doses are beneficial to cholesterol levels.
Anonsir I have a friend in TRT and his HDL was in 30 at 200mg every other week. Its better to cycle 10-16week and stop to give your heart a break. don't get me wrong I LOVE my roids but you gota be smart and just cycle, Remember his question is referring to Cycling and Cruising at the same time. Cycling it self shoot your HDL down in a rapid manner.
here a study explaining a lil more
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/8792045
in this website below is one of FDA approved website for drug ref. and chck the other mny side effects include if Testosterone is used to long
http://www.drugs.com/sfx/testosterone-cypionate-side-effects.html
I am not arguing that there are side effect to testosterone (cypionate in your example links). If you read the study which you linked to, it was DOSE related. The higher they went the greater the increase they saw (they didn't see an increase until they reached 300mg). But this was not across the board with everyone either. You also listed a friend who's HDL was up. I am on TRT and am on a similar does and my HDL/LDL ratios are perfect. Again, my point is that it differs from person to person and is dose related. There also tons of dietary factors and especially genetic propensities as well. That is why Blood tests are essential to running gear and especially those who are on TRT. Are saying that everyone on TRT should just cycle and not run continually as prescribed by a doctor??? If I am misunderstanding you, I apologize.
AnonNo i meant that if someone is going to do a Blast which is high doses of AAS on a weekly basis they should not Cruise. They should stop and start PCT. Cruising will affect their HDL even more.
RustyhookerBlast and cruise is exactly what the trt folks do. Tonyperkis was considering trt.
TONYPERKISHow long of me cruising and blasting do u think it would take until my endocrine system was permantely fucked?
Got ya. I misunderstood your Blast vs Cruise reference. Usually when I hear that, it's used in reference to those who are on TRT and decided to Blast for a cycle and then go back to their TRT. Thanks for your clarification and I do agree with the HDL raise in your reference or any other dose/time relationship.
AnonYes but your confusing Testosterone Lowers HDL(High density Lipoprotien think of it as Happy and LDL Low density protienas Lowlsy) HDL is your good cholesterol but its not really a cholesterol. Its a protien is chrage of transporting fats and cholesterol to where they need to go. High density meaning its more protine tham lipo(fat) LDL is vice versa this is why higher HDL reflects good heart and liver health compared to a higher LDL.
That was a typo (meant lower on HDL). Otherwise, I was referring to the HDL/LDL ratio in my comments.
there is some great options for keeping gains in pct, try checking out peptides, like igf1-lr3, ostarine and a few others, go to the peptides section and post a topic. cruising is not something that should be considered by 98% of us. those that do it, do it cause their on trt and their system is shot already, theyre pro level BB or because of age related reasons.
Mate... Dont even think about it... Why fuck your endocrine system just to seek abit of muscle? PCT like everybody else. The only people who cruise and blast are people who are on TRT and they HAVE to cruise because their own test levels is dead on the floor. And considering your stats, i dont think that applies to you...
TONYPERKISThe reason why I have thought about it is because of the loss of gains in the pct and "time off" periods... i made another forum about it with no response but maybe I should bring up here that.. I am looking for more knowledge on how to keep gains in these periods, it seems as though eating and continuing to lift isnt allowing me to keep enough of the game. what about "bridging" between cycles, after pct with say dbol? no test. thanks for the reply!
Bridging is for trt patients not even an option for you.
Bridging with dbol? Are you serious?
TONYPERKISyes bridging with DBOL...
RustyhookerDbol is bad idea. Converts heavily to estro.
Peptides is better research project.
RustyhookerEating and training better/differently helps.
TONYPERKISso ur saying to try and eat more off cycle than on..better/differently? go for less reps more weight?
RustyhookerWe already know food is the toughest to figure out. But finding the food/gym combo that helps you most "off cycle" will make "on" that much better. If we knew that combo and dialed it in, the rest is easy. With roids we know by science what they do. Thats the easy part. Food/gym and keeping the body guessing and pushed to grow is rugged. After cycle, yes...heavy low reps and go. Refuel and recover because pct is basically catabolic til nuts wake up. Every 6 Weeks its good to change workouts to force growth. Body will get used to going as hard as you push and stop. But change it to a 10x10,, drops, or pyramids and suddenly you're sore again! Body will force itself to adapt.
Goth has a cool stickie "finished cycle..now what" with great info in it.
TONYPERKIStotally agree with u here bro +1 ... switching it up is crucial! but regardless off switching it up and what not theres DEF a huge loss if you come off!!! Wish it was OK to stay on 24/7/365!!!! lol
no man, i strongly disagree with the HUGE loss part of that post. switching it up is essential on and off, i learned how to do this and the need for it long before i even considered gear so im with ya there.
but bro, if you pct correctly, continue to diet as we should be, and keep goin hard in the gym then you really wont lose all that much, i promise. yes you will lose SOME, we all do, but thats the nature of the beast and fine by me because i undrstnd now im not gonna gain 30lbs on cycle and keep 28 of it.
im in this for the long haul and am settling into the realization that i'll be lucky as fuck to KEEP 10lbs of lean muscle per cycle, long term im sayin. either way, my original point i wanted to make is that ive only lost 7lbs from my last cycle and i finished pct 3 months ago. consistancy in diet and training after a proper pct is all it takes bud
TONYPERKISI agree with your points brother! However I might be alone in saying this but I cant help but lose alot of hunger for the gym and dieting once im off. Its almost like a go in a "mild" very mild depression for a bit..is this something you have experienced something as well?
Its hard for me to really gauge with my weight bc it fluctuates so much with the sport I am involved with but I can def see it in my muscles as they lose their fullness and hard pump look, feel fades a bit.
You say proper PCT..the traditional nova/clomid 40402020 1001005050?
its not so much being off that gets me on the diet and training, its the pct that fucks with me in those aspects. once im about 2-3 weeks out from post cycle those things come back bro, for me anyways.
sure the intense ass drive to hit the iron isnt quite as demanding and obsessive in nature like when im on, but ive been doin this for a while and AAS is relatively new to the equation so the drive to train will always be there. it was and is the base ive built from.
hahaha i know exactly what you mean about the "look" our muscles get when on, when off i actually tend to have more water retention, probably cause im not such a nazi about sodium intake, but thats cool with me tho because without time off a strict ass diet along with the gear id burn out then eventually crash and burn.
as far as pct goes, im more of a toremifene citrate and clomid kinda guy with a little d-aspartic acid and libido boosters thrown in for fun. its my belief that torem will eventually replace nolvadex as more and more of us use it and back our results with bloods to prove its effectiveness. this leads me to my next point, and that is "proper" pct is BEST determined by bloodwork. we're all different and the way we react to various compounds is a reflection of that - ancillaries and pct drugs are no exception ya dig?
i also think that an AI in pct is essential, at least for me anyways. i definitly felt the effects of high estro on my strength, libido, and energy levels my last pct and its because i backed off my aro shortly after starting my last pct. i made it much more unpleasant on myself than it shouldve been, but you live you learn right?
RustyhookerGreat input! Add your 15 on cycle and keep 10+ keeps it surely moving forward. 2 cycles a year is a well kept 15+. Years ago when young and natural a great year was 12lbs on and kept.
TONYPERKIS2 cycles a year? you must be on them loooong esters?
RustyhookerLately been on shorts for 3 a year. When you get to your ideal weight then shorts can be the fast bump that makes it eady to stay there. Winter will be simple n basic
