Food Euphoria!!
Does this ever happen to you??
I have it right now. Just ate my breakfast (round 2) which I eat the same thing every single day and I am on cloud 9. It doesn't always happen though. I went hard all week in the gym and I think my body is in serious recovery mode. Round one of breakfast is basically a vanilla protien shake with 1/4 or 1/2 cup almond milk,mixed berries, 1/2 cup oats. Round 2 about and hour or so later consists of.....
- 7 egg whites, 1 whole egg
- Chopped Spinach
- one diced tomato or sometimes I use about 10 grape tomatoes halved
- 1/4 cup Feta Cheese (non fat)
- 1/8 or 1/4 avocado
I combine all of them minus the avocado (which I just eat straight) and make some sort of scrambled mess that is delicious. I also include...
1 cup oatmeal with mixed nuts, raisins and a splash of almond milk.
BAM! Food euphoria for this guy. My body is saying THANK YOU
If you like those ingredients, give it a shot. If there's one near you, Publix has amazingly good avocado's. Just one will last me like a week.
