This is a review for a total of 6 x pharma meds which were in 2 different orders (as well as being different products ordered).
I was slightly anxious ordering with UKA after watching the discussions on here over the past few months and also speaking to some of the members on this forum. However, as loyal as I am to my usual source (and it took a lot of trial and error before I found one with decent customer service!), they rarely have the items I need in stock anymore so was looking for a new supplier.
So I emailed the address they list on here and asked if there was any way I could first do a very small test purchase, their returning emails were prompt and put me at ease straight away. In the end I didn't even bother with a test purchase and ordered the full amount, which arrived the next day!
Without giving too much about myself away, I deal with these items on a daily basis and therefore consider myself to be able to spot a fake a mile away. These products are completely legit and do exactly what their purpose is.
Customer service is spot on and correspondence (when needed) is always prompt. I've never had any issues with payment, deliveries etc and in fact find myself using this as my main source at the moment.

I placed an order almost a month a go and it was an absolute ordeal. I've been posted part of my order, part later and am still waiting for the rest. This is a shame as I have ordered from these guys many times before reliably. Also, unsually, my account for the website seems to have been inexplicably deleted and I can no longer access it.

Initially good but when they mess up they just ignore you.
Packaging adequate although the excuse I was given for only receiving a tiny part of my order was for discretion, which is suspect because I've received a much larger order from them before in the same package.
I would like somebody to deal with and acknowledge the outstanding items in my order.
Been waiting 3 weeks for my order, I've had a reply 3 times within that time just asking for my order number which I sent straight away.. then they ask me again for it a week later.. do not order from this store as you will be wasting your money!!!

Placed an order on Monday 17th for Sopharma Clen. These guys may or may not be legit but i'd definitely be wary...
Mon 17th July - Placed order, paid straight away and did exactly as told in the instructions (Paid £8 something for next day delivery).
Tue 18th July - Order still showing as pending, when I should be expecting a next day delivery... Send an email to follow it up and I get a reply asking for my order number. Reply with the order number and get no reply.
Weds 19th July - As above, send another email asking about the order as it is still pending - I get another reply asking for the order number again! I send this back, no reply.
Thurs 20th July - Get an email to say it will be despatched shortly as well as a free upgrade on my item to make up for the delay.
Fri 21st July - Receive an email to say it has been shipped with a tracking number - Special Delivery Guaranteed, which should be next day including Saturdays.
It is now Tuesday and i've still got nothing - When I use Royal Mail track and trace it says that Royal Mail haven't received the item and they will update it when they do... So they have either paid for the delivery online and still not actually posted anything, or are just fobbing me off lol.

I was panicking thinking i had been done over by some kind of scam reading through some of the reviews. Anyway i received my order with an apology for the delay and a promise of 50% of my next order.
