-2Since discovering UK-Anabolic.biz I've made 9 orders in total,
And despite 1 very minor postal issue I have received every order when expected,
Any issues or questions I've had, emails were answered within 24 hours at the latest, usually within hours.
In regard to all products they are exactly what they are described as on website some are other brands but exactly the same type of medication as advertised I.e maybe a generic version of a brand product.
But take my word for it the generic version is exactly the same as the branded product.
I cannot recommend this company enough I give them 10/10
I've been looking for a long time for a website of this quality with quality products and just as good a service to go with it. Customer service is the best I've encountered on any website of this type.
As long as this website is up and running I will never use another website for any products that they dispense.

-3Placed an order on 6th September for special next day delivery.Got an email saying product would be shipped shortly.It is now the 8th of September still no goods which were Actavis diazepam tried emailing yesterday got no reply also used contact link but still no reply.First time using really disappointing.
Just got an email from them they had ran out of stock but just sent it out with tracking number and also a 20% off voucher.Plus gave me the email address to email to that's top class service now a happy chappy indeed would use again.

I ordered Gentech Labs Cialis, mostly to try out the site.

Communication felt a bit shady, but worked out fine using the indicated mail address. Follow the instructions on the site and it does work. Bank transfer worked fine, but be aware of any extra fees your bank might add on top of their prices + UKA wanting to round up to the nearest pound.
Not an issue if you order big, but if you do a smaller order it might be worth keeping in mind.
Discreet postage. Since I only ordered one thing and that was delivered as a very small bottle, at first I was afraid it was a dud delivery, but after opening the post up there it was!
Took a few days from when they shipped it. Claimed to have been waiting for something which is why it took a few extra days. All in all, took about 7 business days for European delivery. If no initial delay, I'd expect 3-4 days.
I have no regrets buying from them and would (will) buy again, once I figure out which of their products I want to order.

-1VaultDweller91I ordered two seperate orders. One was normal track and trace the other was special delivery. Neither have shown up on Royal Mails site and I can't get hold of them. I've tried so hard and feel I have annoyed them. Such a shame as they are usually such a great company to deal with.
Edit- they got in touch but still waiting on final confirmation.

Delivery took a long time, I recommend becoming a member so that you can access order numbers( I checked out as a guest and it meant I didn’t have an order number). I have been told delivery is much quicker for members as there is less confusion tracking the order.
Further to my earlier negative review due to an incomplete order, I would like to add as well as reply here I had two emails, one was to tell me they are entitled to be closed at weekend which is stated on their site(which technically it is not as says only closed weekend for shipping, open 6 days for comms). The other was asking for an address to send missing product, which I gave. We are now Thursday and still no product.
My review stands, either avoid or use extreme caution with this supplier.

I also have a lot of trouble emailing them.
I placed an order on 17th August and transfered the money on 21 st August.
After that I send them a payment confirmation. Till know I receiverd no feedback from them concerning my order.
Yesterday I wrote the fourth mail to them. According to reviews I thought the shop would be trusted.
It would be great, if anybody else can help me in this regard.

I order my items on the 26/8 and did a bank transfer straight away. I received one email asking for my order number as I checked out as a guest you don't receive a order number this is all exspliained in there T&C all you have to do is give them your name and date of order
I have sent numerous emails to them with no response at all in return this has led me to believe that I have been taken for a ride and won't be receiving my order.
It's a Shame first time I've ever had a bad exspireance with any supplier on here

It was pretty easy just a few chats about the order and shipping gets back to you with in 24hrs
Pack was awesome small of course and it did not look like medicine... I would comment what it really looked like but of course that a no no. It took about two weeks over the pond and we had also been hit by Harvey so the mail didn't run for about a week.
I'm just excited that there are sources like this that provide this product and pharma grade products for people who suffer from insomnia due to AAS. Thanks guys. Feel free to send FR on more detailed info.

-1Order placed to top up existing course and find new supplier. Choice was good and process simple. Delivery fast (2 Days) but not complete as Mast E was not sent. No answer to emails I have sent querying the missing Mast E, so am currently £40 out of pocket and in need of the missing product.
TLDR: 1 x Gentech Mast E not sent and no comms since thus £40 out of pocket.
1 x HCG
1x Gentech Test E 300
1 x Gentech Mast E
1 x Clomid
1 x Nolvadex
No contact to any emails querying the missing part of the order.
External package was adequate though tabs not padded and could be heard rattling.so stealth could be better.
Use caution when ordering from this supplier as clearly they are not consistent and indeed do seem to rip people off.

I must have placed 20+ orders with uk anabolics in the past and they have always deliverd before so last week I left a review saying I hadn't received my order got a response on here asking me to email and it would be sent so I did and still haven't got anything or even a reply to my emails don't know what's going on but I've sent the money and have heard nothing and have no gear basically I've been robbed

+ 1LlouxFirst review of UK anabolics but long over due, great genuine company to deal with, any problems or questions are dealt with promptly. Next day delivery can be a god send, perfect all round company which is rare. Only company I use now

-1Order was dispatched fast and tracking was sent straight away so no problems there. I ordered by 1st class but 10 days later I'm still waiting so quite clear item has been lost or stolen. Response from UK-Anabolics is that they only resend items with proof of seizure so basically if you're items are lost stolen in the post you're left out of pocket. To make matters worse only the sender of an item can claim losses through Royal Mail so UK-Anabolics can claim the losses on items that their customer has not received. Would be nice if they would just repost and gain a new customer but since they won't I recommend looking for other suppliers.
