UPDATE: so supposedly Naps "found" our clogged up packages and are gonna have them moving. im not exactly trusting this but w.e. we'll see. what i do want to point out is that after trying my TN on this russian post site (http://www.russianpost.ru/rp/servise/en/home/postuslug/trackingpo) my tracking number came back with what they say was "a small package that has no leaks, marks, etc) i thought "cool this must be my package. guess customs didn't get to it) upon further inspection lol i noticed that the dates of this post ranged from the 13th to the 19th.......of march........of 200fucking9! so i did what we all do and ticketed Naps and what did they say? they told me what i alrady kno. they told me what the Ukraine post said about how it was stuck in the TRANZ SEKTOR. Naps totally disregarded my question about the russian post. Im very suspicious about this company. Im pretty sure we are all receiving some type of fake ass TN#'s and maybe some real....

A very solid point on current naps situation has been made by dawgfase in the forums!

"What's most likely happened is that the shipping part of Naps has been shut down as of a couple months ago while the website and money takers remained for as long as they could drag things out with various excuses while scamming as many people as possible."

kwabby6 » very good point indeed. but i honestly just dont know what to think any more BFG. few things that make me think otherwise tho: 1.our tracking numbers show that the last updates were sometime around 6/20-6/23 how would that be so if they never actually shipped anything? i know for a fact that w/e TN i received was in motion because a day before it stopped updating it was in a different SEKTOR and then changed. 2. Also how could the website owners and money collectors continue if nothing was actually being shipped out? especially if it had been happening since may. a few people have (supposedly) received their order in june after they also ordered in june. but then again how could these people have ordered late june and already received product while most of us are waiting? maybe the were planted here Honestly the only thing we can do is wait the 1-1.5 week as stated. if nothing then, then there i ABSOLUTELY no more excuses Naps can give. they will be known as a selective scammer from that point on

This will be my last post until I receive my gear. Hopefully the napsgear rep on this forum is right. He has been the most helpful so far. William and James just give generic messages, so I have to give props to the rep on here. He has assured me that come hell or high water that I WILL get my gear very soon. I am gonna have faith in him and focus on my daily routines till my shit gets here.

TonyGunnz19 » I personally wont add my tracking number on here, but I wonder if they are giving us all the same few tracking number ie everyone in the beginning of june has the same and the people at the end of june has the same. It doesnt give any package details. Even if they located our packages, there is nothing they can do or say to speed up customs or the post office. This site is gonns loose a lot of business fast as there are a few very reputable sites out there that after a few weeks over the time given will resend one order without proof of customs letter. Its happend to me, never did get the first package but recieved the second within its timeframe.

kwabby6 » yeah i figured. some guy posted his tracking number up the other day to make sure. i checked it for him in case and it was not the same TN. but i also dont know when he ordered so it would still be a coincidence with others. also yeah the whole "customs might not send you a letter anymore" crap is unbelievable. why would customs not send you shit anymore? thats complete bullshit. Im sure (correct me if im wrong) customs has that obligation to let the person who is expecting the package know that it was intercepted. they cant just not tell you nothing if they found it. cause that would be called stealing. but what can happen is Naps can tell you that shit so they have a reason to "reship" when infact they aren't actually reshipping but really actually sending you your order this time.

Standard Donkey » I think there is something wrong with the russian website..i used it myself for a package that was already delivered and it said there was no record of it. Also used it for a package that is in limbo and it said that it was processed and delivered to its delivry address in 2008, however track trace says the package was dispatched from the ukrainian post office on june 20th of 2011, so there is some serious contradiction there..

so then what do we do, what can we do? according to my nap's tracking, i got till one day of getting my stuff...it’s a joke of course as we have seen here, here are folks even 7 weeks over due! so even if we consider our shit a loss-cause, who do we go to next? i mean who is out there that has good variety and decent quality of relevant pricing (i mean we are not asking for too much, just get what u paid for within market range)?

So has anyone with a package stuck in the Ukraine with the message "is in the process of postal handling. It was registered last on 22.06.2011 in postal facility KYIV DOPP TSEKH №2 TRANZ SEKTOR " have the tracking update to say anything else yet? they say the "found" the packages, just wondering how long its going to take for them to ship um out to the us...

Justin4180 » Mine says the exact same thing. Naps told me my shit should be here in 1-1.5 weeks now. THey have resolved the shipping problem. I am not sure what to believe. I am at 16 weeks of waiting now, hahahahahaha.

At this point, IF I recieve my gear, It will be like a christmas present I didn't think I would get. I'm going somewhere else with my business. Sad, because Naps has a great selection of gear, and great prices. I was looking forward to doing business with them. They really are screwing themselves. Oh, and all of us TOO.....

I will be doing business else where too. ONLY time i will ever come back to naps will be if im so desperately low on money but even at that point gear prolly wont be the first thing i'll buy. i'd rather put up a lil bit more money and buy from other sources. simple as that.

I wrote it off as well, and then it showed so I ordered another and finalized my cycle. I sent them a ticket requesting my T# an hour ago and they respond within 5 minutes. I hope that's a good sign and everything is ok as far as legal issues. Luckily my order was small (but VIP). What is the hold up with the Ukrainian postal service?

here is my question, if supplier let’s say like our lovely naps here, sine it has been suggested to the possibility of them being out or business and or busted, do suppliers keep our records as consumers? in other words, can the FEDs track us back?

kwabby6 » they cant really. only way is like you said if they get busted. im pretty sure naps is operating overseas in a country where its legal to posses but not distribute. so basically they can only get in trouble if their law enforcement decides to deal with it. our law enforcement cant do shit about it cause its WAY out of their jurisdiciton. if it was domestic, then yeah you could get screwed but even then im sure the boys wouldn't come to your house looking for a few vials of test when there are guys getting huge shipments of test powder ordered to themselves
