So aprarently a lot of you guys are saying its arriving 8-10 weeks now. Funny that all these people have made profiles in the last week or two. Im at week 8 so I should get my package in the next two? I ordered from another site also over seas, got one package in 5 business days and the other in 4.
I've ordered from another source today. I'm pissed off about my order not getting to me on time, but relieved I've ordered from somewhere else. If ever I get my Napsgear order, it'll be stuff I can use for my next cycle. Anybody here considering doing the same ?
Placed my order on June 6th. I've ordered from dozens of other sites over the years with no problems, so I figured I'd give these guys a shot. Didn't take them any time to pick up my money from Western Union, but as of today July 28th absolutely nothing has arrived.
Simple solution, If you don't like Naps there is plenty of other site to choose from. Personally i order from them and i have no problems so far. I had to wait as long as 7 weeks but the gear always arrived.
Put in an order on 24th of June and gear has still not arrived. Customer support and reps just plain suck from this site. They are rude and never get me the information I seek. Plus, they were trash talking customers on this board. I understand that they are having shipping problems, but come on, give me some information besides "As it this point we are working to resolve this matter asap thank you." I am giving them 1 star right now and will change it to maybe a 3 once, and if, gear arrives. I wouldn't recommend them and definitely will not be ordering again even if they fix shipping problems. They need to realize that they are competing against a bunch of reliable sources. Ive ordered from 2 other sites since ordering from naps and got both orders already. One of them in 3 days!! Yeah their gear is cheaper but whats the point if you never see it.
sorry digi, you're a nice guy and all you really are but im not giving these guys till the end of august. No fucking way. they have to the end of next week. If not here by then im demanding a reship. This is complete bullshit. stop letting these people lie to you and keep extending the time. im not waiting 4 more weeks. if they told us two then they get two. why give them 4? idc this is still a company and they need to work in regards to one. I know these are illegal substances we are dealing with and Yes I know Naps have good quality products but right now we are dealing with a customer service and shipping issue. If that issue has not been fixed by Next week then this company needs to start doing reships immediately. Its only reasonable.
I think all the people still waiting for orders should get a free one year worth fo gear!! Lol!! Now that sounds fair naps!! Alest I think so!! By the time we get r gear summer is over guy!!!

yeah guys naps will get you your stuff but it will take 8 to 10 weeks from my experience. Heck I found eroids because I was wandering if they had ripped me. And the response you get from William is always the same lol. It's the same response I got back in april. So just wait and it will make it one day

I just want to know the honest truth here. Like two weeks ago we were told the shipping issue was fixed and orders will start moving now and will arrive in the next 2-3 weeks. If that is true, why is everyone's TN's saying the same thing they did two weeks ago? Why hasn't anyone received their gear yet? Why is all the orders still stuck in the Ukraine? I just want to know what in the hell is going on here. Just tell us what the "postal issues" are instead of withholding the truth from your own customers. I'm trying to be patient here, but I have been waiting since March and have nothing but a bill. I need to know, WHEN will all of us be getting our stuff? One week? Two weeks? Never? Maybe soon? Possibly tomorrow? Answers please.
yes so according to my update from Naps and what i have induced from the given information is that supposedly the major issue that has caused the stall-mate of our shipments coming here has been resolved with their foreign delivery postal. so i guess since packages are now "freed-up" or whatever and therefore will be traveling to us, what does that mean? think of it as if all this time we have been waiting was never towards shipping time, it’s only now that shipment will be on its way! we will basically wait standard time as if we all just made an order with this company.....i don’t know, maybe i'm totally off, please correct me if i'm wrong! i suggest order some quick gear for now till whatever u had with Naps get here, that’s what i’m trying to do. bottom line shit will get to us but not for a while, not for a another fukn while.
I hope naps pulls things together and gets us our orders.I have been waiting about 9 weeks and a family member of mine has been waiting 8. I will def update if anything on my order changes!
I haven't ordered from Naps but I was a part of the issues a lot of us had with another site that is now gone. That other site was great but after the issue somebody kept taking money knowing they wouldn't be sending gear...this naps rep will not accept new orders because he or she doesn't want to take money and not ship the items. Of he or she wanted to do what the other company did they would be snatching up every penny possible...add to the fact that the naps people are present and accounted for posting on this forum. I don't know anything about customs but maybe they can't be too specific about the situation because they have somebody helping them that might be in jeopardy by doing so.
I hope you all get ur stuff and I'm sorry this situation happened to you guys.
Has anyone any order? I hope for 7 weeks a request to Spain and the answer is to wait another two weeks. I send a tracking number in track-trace and I can not prove it. It gives me error. I think it is a scam and not receive the orders. If someone is, please know and we'll see at least the light at the end of the tunnel. thanks

blackmktwow this whole page is filled about walking to Moldova to show the speed of the postal service. unreal. what a bunch goons. let get a MOD and erase the last 15hours of conversations on here instead of reviews. fuck people. give this guy another 2 weeks or just move on. naps said another last 2 weeks please. so b patient and wait don't discuss dumb shit like walking at 4 mph to Moldova will get you there and back faster than you shipment or the other arguments.
