I believe the Naps guy. I know my order will come thru...I just don't know when. Till then I'm ordering from a different source and using the Naps gear that (hopefully) arrives for another cycle. NapsRep, I trust you when you say that the post office has it and it's held up. I don't hate you Naps...I just want my order.

Naps REP! I'd just like to tell you your postal story on packages being released slowly would CARRY SOME FUCKING WEIGHT HAD 1 MFER RECEIVED THEIR GEAR HERE! Just 1! Can you find us 1 person (on any site) who's received their order? Why are you making yourself sound like a liar? I received my first order in June and actually gave you the benefit of the doubt. That's how I received all of the negative feedback. So please enlighten me why I should believe a word you say!

Ok, if I don't have my gear by next Friday, will you promise me with your word, that you will reship my order and make sure I get it come hell or high water? I need some security here. I am losing sleep over this. Please reassure me that I will not be left high and dry. If so, then on Friday, August 5th, 2011, I will be requesting a reship IF my gear hasn't arrived. Now, if it arrives by then, and you all PROMISE the shipping issues are fixed, you will have my business, along with friends and family, as long as you are open.

William, can you please be honest with me? What is really going on? I just really want to know so I can actually sleep at night and not worry about this everyday. I made an order that I never got and I also referred a few people and now they are worried cause they can't even get a tracking number out of Naps. It is now August 5th and still no gear in the mail. Will you be able to reship immediately like you promised a few days ago when you gave me your word?

Yup, last week you gave me your word that if my tracking number hadn't updated and/or I hadn't received my order, you would reship on August 5th. Now you are pulling the old "wait another week or two" shenanigans again. You call this customer support? Promise a paying customer, who has waited since March for their order, to reship their order on a certain date if nothing has changed? Now I really know I can't trust anyone in this company. Wow, that is all I have to say. Thanks for stealing my money and not giving me a product I paid for, awesome business ethics at work here.

What do you all think of this? I requested a reship and now they refuse to. Sounds like good business ethics, right? Fuck these jokesters. Now Mr. Napsrep, since you read this, why don't you fix the problem and reship my gear.

Last week or so ago, I submitted a ticket, they said give it 7 to 10 more days, well its been 2 weeks. Screw'em I'm threw with sob. They r full of shit. I don't believe anything they say. I wouldn't order from sob ever again. They are the lienest MF in the world. They know freakin well nobody will get they're shit. I dont know why they stand so firm telling customers
they will get they're order. You know Naps that u took the money and reopend another site. Do me a favor Naps, quit tell people give it more time, I'm sick of hearing it. You have took all Yur customers money already, now u have the balls to lie to them. Oh this is classic....out of the blue on his white horse the Naps rep has arrived to re-assure the masses that although we have your money and its been 3 months or longer all is well and i'm here to assure you that someday you will get you shit. Even though we promised you that 2 or 3 weeks ago we really mean it this time. Let me tell you something Mr.Naps rep your word is worthless here you should stay the fuck away until you can log on and tell everyone the flood gates are open and the packages are flowing...until then your just blowing hot air and you look pathetic...really if you were within arms length you would be hard to hear with everyones hands around your throat....pound sand your a worthless liar

Seeing you on here doesn't give me any comfort or hope at all. You give out a very vague reason why we aren't getting our orders. "Time-frame" and "Postal" issues are all that you have said. Tell me, does it take 5+ months to get an order that I paid immediately for? Give me my money back or reship my shit like William and Customer Support PROMISED me they would do on August 5th if I hadn't had my package or the TN hadn't updated yet. Why don't you make me comfortable? Why don't you work with me, let me copy/paste the messages showing their promises, send them to you, and you get on reshipping my shit immediately? Can you do that? If you can't, then why not? They made a promise, they should keep it. Redeem yourself, start by helping out your customers. NOW that will give people hope, not your bullshit stories about shipping.

William gives updates based on what he is told, and people tell William things based on what they are told. You seem to think we have control over all of this, but we don't. Resending your order helps nothing, because it ain't coming until the other one does, so you'd just get a double order when it does arrive. You are in the same boat as hundreds of others, we aren't resend theirs yet either.

I have a fucking order with your sorry ass company since MARCH!!! I haven't gotten SHIT except "please wait another 1-2 weeks, shipments are arriving daily", "postal issues are fixed and orders are being run through little by little, please be patient", or "please be patient, Kind Regards, William." That is fucking bullshit. Two weeks ago, your fuckbuddy William promised me, gave me his word, that if I didn't have my order or the TN hadn't updated by August 5th, that he would make sure I get a reship immediately. Even your fucking Customer Support promised the same thing. When August 5th came and my mailbox was empty, I requested a reship and guess what??? Fucking William said "Please be patient, they are arriving daily." I msg'd back about his word and promise and all I got was "we had postal issues, but they are now fixed, orders are moving now. Kind Regards, William." Now, what in the fuck am I supposed to say or think Mr. Napsrep? You took my money, you never sent my package, you promised to reship, and now you are refusing to. You should be on here telling the truth and not trying to fill our heads with your bullshit lies. This is the very first order I have made with you and it will be my last. Has been a total nightmare. No one should have to wait for 5+ fucking months for a product. I paid you immediately and you can't even deliver my goods. its funny the naps rep said they have no sister site, but i have a order with another company that i heard was ran by naps, so i asked for a TN# for my order that i have with them and he told me to wait 15 days, and i also asked the online chat about my naps order and i gave him my order# asked about my naps order on that site and they told me packages are starting to move and gave me the same TN# that naps gave me, if the site isnt ran by naps how did they know the TN#, if you want to know naps sister site pm me.

Under special offers there is a banner about Summer sale, which has been there for months because it was going to be our special offer for the summer months. The month updates automatically for whatever month it is, the rest has been there for awhile. Try to place an order on the site, it won't let you finish it, that should end the discussion that we are having an August sale.
