I placed a nice sized order on 12/28/13 and recieved an email 24 days later telling me that the site had been hacked and the payment I sent was actually to the hackers. Naps asked me to change the recipients name and resend. Unfortunately the payment was picked up on 1/2/14, weeks before they ever let me know off an issue. As of today they have cancelled my order and I am out over$1100 with nothing to show for it. I have given naps plenty of opportunities to make this right but they have done nothing. BUYER BEWARE, ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

Anyone who takes a month to respond to an issue and then lays the problem in the customers lap is not worth doing business with. There are plenty of other sources out there worth the money.
Ordered from napsgear for first time, got tired of buying from gym owner locally as most the gear he was gettin was underdosed. Having not ordered online in along time thought it give naps a try.

Sent emails to napsgear about my order as i didnt receive in first week and had quick helpful response. Ordered over the new year holidays which might have caused the delay, no big deal to me long as it turns up.
Was packaged well everything sealed as should be, cant complain.
I did my research and I saw that Naps has an awesome selection of product at incredible prices. So I made an order. One part of my order was a bulk order of 10 bottles of AcccordoRx Test Cyp. I was already 6 weeks in my cycle from previous gear I had when I recieved my gear from Naps. I started the AccordoRx and I thought everything was fine but a few weeks in I started losing strength, what little bloat I had went away, my sex drive went down to nothing, My balls are back to normal size, I didn't have a chance to PCT because I had no idea that I was on bunk test.. The gear was bunk. I put a complaint in to Naps to see if maybe I got a bad batch. I honestly didn't think they ripped me off on purpose. They asked me to get blood work done and submit it. So I did it and then after 3 weeks of hearing nothing they finally came back and called me a liar. I know what good gear feels like. This was complete bunk. And I got treated like a chump. I will say everything else I got seemed fine except I didn't get a chance to use my PCT stuff I ordered because I didn't think I needed it at the time. I'm pissed. I will never deal with these pricks again.You wasted my time and hard work and wouldn't even go good on it. Scumbags, don't deal with them.

made a small order with them a few weeks back and it has been truly one of the worst orders i have made to date. First i have ran plenty of ghrp-6 and know the effects. This was the worst ghrp-6 i have ever owned and ended up throwing away the bottle because there was absolutely no effect whatsoever. It was supposed to be 10mg and i went up to 400mcg for a dose and had no effect. Maybe there other products are good and i just got unlucky but this was very disappointing.

Naps gives you email updates every step of the way. Had an issue with a item I ordered. I was sent 20 mg cialis as opposed to the 40 mg I ordered. Calmly pm'ed Naps just giving him a heads up. He apologized and, get this, sent me 50 pills as opposed to just replacing the 10 I ordered. That is customer service that I really appreciate and buys loyalty from me. In the past I've had sources send me wrong products or different brands than what I ordered then basically tell me "oh well, be glad you got something". Not Naps, he is genuinely concerned with customer service, knows how to treat customers and cares about your experience. I left with a sense he wants to earn your business and loyalty.
Donation sent on Monday, funds picked up the following day and pack shipped 2 days later. Ten days later I had my pack. You can't beat that for intl. The packaging was some of the best I've seen. Completely nondescript so as not to arouse suspicion, yet very secure. If one were trying to purposely damage the package they would have trouble doing so. No crushed pills, rattling sounds or any indication of what it might be. Tracking number is a bonus.

I ordered 100amps of sus, gp test e/deca, gp test e/ eq, gp dbol,clomid, and hcg. First off after I sent the money wire they received it the next day. Then it took 2 more days for it to ship. I received the first package in 10 days that contained everything but the hcg, that came separately in following week. I used the clomid and hcg first for 2 weeks 100mg a clomid a day and 1000 iu of hcg 5 days a week and it worked amazing. They I used the sus at 500mg twice and week with the test e/ deca and dbol everyday. I've already put on 15lbs with 30 more to go. I love all the products I ordered will be buying more products very soon wanna try the gp sus 270 since Ive been usings amps for awhile. This was my first time using naps but now im a be ordering alot more since I had such a grear experience.

I have placed 3 orders through Naps in 2013 and want to say I am completely satisfied with the product and customer service with any issues I ever had. Placing my first order I was skeptical if this could be legit and if the product was junk, so I started with small orders. Bottom line is they are legit, quality products and customer service is there to help you. If they don't get back to you in your time frame, don't worry and give it a few days. The reps are busy with other customers but they will get back to you and help resolve any issues you may have.

Placing my first order I used a bank wire transfer and three times it was halted on the receiving bank side and I lost my $30 wire transfer fee totaling $90. I contacted the Naps rep on this board and he told me to try moneygram and he will send me gear to make up for my lost fees. I place an order through MoneyGram and within 2 days it was picked up by naps. Another 4 days or so and my order was shipped. I received it here in the US in under 2 weeks. All 3 orders received in under 2 weeks from time my money was picked up.
My order came very discreetly and very well package, taking care in wrapping the gear so nothing got broke in the mail
One of my orders I thought I might have gotten some gear that was bad, since it was very painful after inj for almost a week which was unusual since I have used this product in the past. The Naps rep here sent me another bottle at no charge.
Customer service is very good and they stand behind there products.
If you're a first time customer, relax and don't worry, your products will get to you and if for some reason it doesn't, Naps will stand behind it and replace the order.

Communication is always great but there were some issues with WU which posed some problems they couldn't quite tell me what was going on. However, with a little time it was all taken care of!
Due to the complication with WU, the processing took longer than normal but I am very happy with the time it took to arrive. Tracking Number is a great feature to have.
Cycle info is 250mg/week of test and 400mg/week of tren. First tren cycle and loving it. Thank you Naps!

After five weeks, I looked online to see where my order is. The site says it never left the originating post office. I tried to contact napshelp FIVE (5) times to locate my order. EVERY time they have written back to check napshelp. But, as I said, napshelp WOULD NOT let me on. They refuse to answer the PROBLEM.
The package was ok, not the best, not the worst.
Don't waste your time, order elsewhere. I won't order here again.
Theres not much i can say about naps that hasnt been said......hes number one for all international orders he will always reply always make good and if your a good custy he will hands down always take care of you anyone that says different is a hater.....over the years ive made many orders all successfully.....lats order was seized and he was right on top of it even though hes changing his domain and im sure hes got lots going on he is still taking care of me......naps you the man!!

Never needed to contact their customer support as they laid out everything clearly from the start, kept me updated throughout the entire process and even provided accurate tracking of my packages.
I received my gear discretely packaged and DRAMATICALLY faster than they said it would be deliver. It was broken into two orders, which I received two days apart.
NAPS has not only swayed me away from doing business with other suppliers, but they have me eagerly awaiting my next cycle because of how easily I can get the quality I want at a price that’s manageable. So far I have received my orals. Naps sent my order in two packages; orals -- injectables. They did provide tracking info for the injectables package which I check periodically. It should be arriving tomorrow I hope.
As of yet, I have no complaints. Things have gone exactly as the site says they will. They pickup up the fund withing 48hrs and both packages shipped about 3 days later. I received the orals package today which was 18 days after I placed the order and 12 days from when it was shipped. Not to bad.

Communication so far has been fairly straight forward. The status of my order updated periodically almost exactly as naps has laid out for timing. I had one question involving tracking and naps replied within 24 hours, although they did not really answer the question. The site did go down, but It was after my order already shipped so I was not overly concerned.
My order was split into two packages. One package was orals and the other was injectables. I received the orals package. It was discrete. It was very small.
I will update with another review as soon as the rest of my order arrives and I test the products.
One thing to note; I only received tracking info for the injectables package which is still in route.. After the first tracking update it took ten days for the status to update again. I was beginning to get a little weary about that, but sure enough it updated and will hopefully arrive tomorrow.
This is my first online order so I was a little skeptical, but so far everything has gone pretty smooth.

I have done alot of business with Naps and have always been happy until now. I recently placed an which was separated into two separate packages. One of the packages was seized by customs, and the other was (according to the post office) "undeliverable as addressed" and "returned to sender". I informed their customer service about these issues and they assumed no responsibility, said it was the post offices fault and were rather rude to me. I was surprised because I've always had pleasant experiences with them in the past. After many back and forth messages I was told that they would not resend the package that was returned to sender, which was the 6 bottles of sustanon, but would resend the portion that was seized by customs. I don't understand why they refuse to resend a package that was never received at no fault of mine. I have always been loyal to Naps and written several positive reviews for them. I am very disappointed and let down. I really hope they resolve this issue. You would think they would want to keep a loyal customer happy. 6 bottles of sustanon is not worth losing a loyal customer's business in my opinion.

I have seen Naps' rating go lower and lower and I never understood why, but this experience made me wonder if this kind of thing is happening to others. I really hope they resolve this issue. Naps is best all around source as far as order security, consistent quality and customer support. It doesn't matter what goes wrong...or even how many times. This source will not stop until you are satisfied. I love the way they operate. I don't have the slightest bit of anxiety about getting my gear or losing my money. As such, the staffing levels in customer support, billing & accounting, shipping & delivery, product development and so forth place it at or near the top spot in the world in pharmaceutical steroid manufacture even though it is not ISO accredited. No UGLs are. What this means to us as potential customers is a level of customer care and service that in my experience is no. 1.

All of the commercial processes at Naps are fully automated backed up by 24 x 7 live customer support. I pay via bank wire transfer from the United States and the funds are available in my account at Naps bank the next day to spend on product. If I have a pre-order question, I have found that Naps 24 x 7 customer support chat is almost always able to answer it, if it is a more technical question, I use their trouble ticketing system, open a ticket and that is usually resolved the next day but sometimes on the same day as well. When I communicate with Naps it has the same feeling of talking with customer service reps of any multi million dollar international company.
Most everything I order is delivered in 10-12 days. Once I ordered some peptides from China that got held up in Chinese customs and Naps did a reship just to get a fresh order out of China. I only figured that out when the tracking numbers for the order suddenly changed and Naps sent me an email alerting me to that fact. I have never received damaged product and my orders with Naps are now in the 100s total total. The packaging is tight and the glassware is bubble wrapped.
I shop at Naps because I'm way too busy to worry about bunk gear or not getting my stuff on time. I also know quite a few pros that shop at Naps too. I seriously doubt that there are many labs that have pro level athletes as customers. You cannot beat the prices either. Check out their "product of the week." It's 50% off of something you can always use. If you buy the sale item on a regular basis - soon you will have an affordable inventory built up and you will be smiling.
