I was able to personally communicate details about my order with a representative through Wickr and the response was timely.
I ordered internationally and the package came a little bit later than expected. However, the stealth shipping was quite impressive and there is absolutely no way your package is going to be detected by customs.
Basicstero international is the second source I've used and pharmacomlabs produces an exceptional product. The products I received are potent, ordering was straightforward and I am overall impressed with my first transaction with basicstero. They have good loyalty discounts as well as frequent sales so i'm going to be sticking around as long as they maintain their integrity as a company.
Placed an order September 9th, "International Section". Order was seized by customs. They supposedly have a reship policy. I've emailed them, used wickr to contact them, as their FAQ section on their site instructs. I have not received a response after 5 emails and 2 messages on wickr.
This was my first time ordering from them and I'm disappointed. Based on the fact that they won't even respond after multiple attempts, I DO NOT recommend them. They have not honored their own policy.

Communication has always been great through my orders. Once an order is placed you get a notification that your product has been held for you and once payment is processed you get a confirmation that the order is packaged. The final communication comes with the tracking information. Any additional questions are answered promptly through the online form.
Ordered US domestic several times and packaging is more than sufficient to protect the products ordered and securely make it to me.
I am not as experienced as some others on this forum or the moderators when it comes to sources used. I have only ever used six different sources and Basicstero is in my top two. They would be number one hand down if the domestic store prices were lower. That being said I continue to use Basicstero due to the quality and consistency of the product and this justifies the cost.

I receive since seven month my orders without complications.

Didn't communicate much, ordering is easy and i suggest you order from your local warehouse (EU or USA), it costs a bit more but the risk of your package being seized is minimal. Also , it's best to pay in bitcoins as there is a 5% discount and i personally find it better than either WU or Moneygram
Delivery is not cheap (20€ in EU), but stealth is good and the package arrived on time
Overall a bit pricy (for the local warehouses) but worth every penny.

There really wasn't any need for communication. The order process was very easy and straight forward. I received the tracking number and was able to track the package the entire time.
The package arrived within the advertised time. Basically around 10 days. The packaging was discreet and since I selected stealth packaging the items were packaged in neat little boxes labeled as facial cream and lotions.
Overall, the products have worked as expected and the blood work confirms it's not underdosed. I would use them again.

Communication is great, I don't communicate much these days just order and wait for my tracking and package which has always landed in full and smoothly. But when I first started using these guys I was full of questions and frank always responded promptly, even gave good advice on how to run a cycle for certain products.
The shortest for international has been 12 days and the longest was 18 days, which is amazing for domestic considering I've had some domestic sources take up to 45 days.
The domestic order I made took a grand total of 3 days.
Basicstero is the only source I use to get my AAS. I trust thier gear and love the service.

This is my second order with Basicstero, I did alot of research before finding this website. It's hard to find a reputable domestic source that's not a scam or LE.
My first order was pharmamix 4, and Anavar. I placed my order, communication was excellent, after payment was made, tracking info was emailed to me and I recieved my product a few days later. I think the whole process took about 10 days. I was impressed and relieved.
My second order I placed was for more anavar and arimadex. Again no issues and saw my products within a week.

Been using their winstrol at 30mg daily for a little over 3 weeks.the hardening effect is amazing.you can feel it around the 10day mark.veins and cuts on this winnie are outragerous.slight weight gain on the scale i believe is muscle because my midsection got even more diced than before.its shredding the fat off me while being in caloric deficit.
The test base was used .7ml prework untill finished.
It gives me a good strenght and concentration in thr gym.my strenght is amazing on this.i will be stocking up more of this test base.it does have a little bite so you have to warm your oil and use proper pinning technique.other than that be rdy for explosive power and strenght in the gym.thnx to frank and pharmacom labs!!!great gear will buy again:)

This review is for Pharmatest E 300 and Pharmastan 50. Product is well made. Pharmatest kicked in nicely in around 1 month mark. Around one month was when results became most noticeable. Good strength gains starting around 3 weeks in. Pharmastan was added only for last month. This was the first time used it and was surprised how it added size in addition to a more cut look. Was not expecting it to add size like it did was a nice surprise.

This is an updated review of my previous review of basicstero. I received my order. There must have been a mixup with tracking, however, the items did arrive approximately 11 days after ordering. This seems to be an oddity and uncharacteristic shipping rarity. They are in fact a legitimate source and you will receive your package as described.

The communication wasn't great. It seems that my messages via email were sent to their spam folder, thus the reason why I didn't receive any feedback from them. The only real issue I have with their communication is that they are a little cynical towards their customers. I'm a a fan of that approach but if their product has good results, then I can deal. They did respond but only after I left a partial review and comment on this website. This can't be the first time a message went to the spam folder for them. If I were them, I would diligently look at the spam folder to ensure this doesn't happen again.
Package was sent discreet and everything was as described. It looks just as the pictures on the website depict.
This is a review that may change if I actually receive my order. This was a domestic US order. As of now, they have not followed their protocol as per their own "Faqs" section of their website. I used their bitcoin option because they stated it would be the fastest route. (Bitcoin - preferable payment option. You get extra 10% discount if you pay with bitcoins. It is as simple as CENSORED- from their website) Also did not receive a 10% discount!. They also stated to me that if I paid with Bitcoin that the transaction would happen faster and would be shipped the next day. Very fast delivery after payment is confirmed. Tracking number is provided. Only genuine products in original packages! The delivery is not as advertised (2-4 Days). This is now the 7th day after they said they shipped it and still haven't received any tracking number or package.

The communication is very sketchy. At first, I used one of their "Text" options and received very short replies that didn't answer any of my questions. They just said either "don't worry about it" or "it's shipped". I also tried their online chat option and talked to someone definitely not in the U.S (Said he wasn't). Their website says they use different databases and the person I talked to just told me the same thing. "Don't worry about it" or "sorry for the inconvenience". This sketched me out because their website says, "Our warehouses have different databases, which are independent on each other", so if this is the case, how would the international rep know what is happening with my order. He literally didn't answer any of my questions. It was worse than Loretta Lynch testifying in front of Congress...I haven't receive any reply from the emails I have sent.
Will update if/when I receive.
I had high hopes of this supplier. I wish they would contact me and let me know if there is some sort of issue that could clear this up. The biggest issue I have is that they advertise how speedy they are and charge a higher price for the domestic ordering, but it seems as if its the same shipping timeframe for international. If they contact me with some sort of understandable dialogue, then I may change my mind on their customer service. Im still pissed that they charged a much higher price for the same product I could have ordered internationally (for the same shipping time) for a much lower price.
