Placed an order through their international warehouse on 12/22/2016 and so far it's been stuck in "order processing" I've sent several emails on the status on my order. It is now 01/08/2017 and no communication has been provided. I've even tried adding Basic (Frank) as a friend to talk this out but it seems he's no where to be found. First time ordering with basic and I feel robbed. Frank please assist.

Hi,
First of all I'm not a first time order in general or at basicstero.info more specifically at the EU warehouse. A few times everything went smoothly and no complaints where necessary...
HOWEVER since they had to shutdown their warehouse in the EU, they haven't opened except at one point they had product shown as available, so I ordered some.
This was October the 6th 2016, they replied to say the warehouse would open in 10-12 days... So they said we could wait or get or money back... The next day we replied we could wait 10-12 days.
October the 21st 2016, still no news so we ask if we will receive the product or our bitcoins back... Same question October the 28th 2016...
November the 18th 2016, they reply to say the warehouse has some problems and during that time nobody has checked the email adress but they can refund or give us credit... To which they ask for our wallet adress again...
Since then I have sent 5 emails, asking for my bitcoins back with my wallet adress and two of them to their international warehouse adress but no answer.
So it's almost been 4 months and except 2 replies they haven't done anything...
EDIT: They replied and gave me my credit back.

Review is for Meltos 40 mcg. Was very impressed by this product. Product was well made. Was expecting to have to take a more than one daily. Since product worked so well one daily was sufficient to achieve great results. High quality here. Used half in the mornings and half in the afternoon. Added energy to my workouts. I have experience with using T-Bol from other suppliers and they couldn't even touch the stuff that Pharmacom. I'm really not too surprised though because I believe in the Parmacom product. My bench started at 405, and now I'm taking the phama mix 3 and the halotestos and I can rep 405 for 6 and did 455 for 2 reps. considerable size on my thighs and chest. my friend used the winstrol (stanos) and cut up very quickly. recommend them very highly. our gains are still going up and will order from them everytime

I don't know if it was just a bad batch or what, but these products that I recieved were def underdosed. Both the Test E and arimidex. And what made everything worse, was the lack of communication with them. They do not look at your emails at all.
