first ever cycle and first time buying online, was very scared to not lose my money to scams and fakes but this was all i could have wanted

Ordered from France days ago. I choose EU section, after payment, i got an answer to an email wich said EU warehouse was closed due to some serious reason.
I got offered two options : money back or money switch ( from btc ) to International section.
Money switch was faster than i expected, just said in the first answer i had create another accoumpt with same logins and they did it in 1d.
Actually i got tracking number in less than 1week after it got statut "dispatched".

Wow is all I can say. Wow. Never have I ever been lied to and feel more disrespected by any source. I have endless messages of them promising my order is out for shipping. I have been promised tracking literally since wednesday and they promised my order was out. They claimed my money on Monday Domestic time and tomorrow it will have been 7 days. It has been a total of 10 days including how they didn't have my dbol that I ordered which is what caused all
This mess apparently. They DO NOT answer within 24 hours all the time. They do not send you tracking within 24 hours as promised. They do not even know what their own domestic shippers are doing. I ask them a question about my order and they barely know what's going on and I'm told " I don't know i am not the shipper I have been told it's shipped. Like wtf? Then go and confirm my order is shipped then? You already took my money. My order is late and on top of that now they are just ignoring my emails. I have used multiple sources on eroids before and have never had this issue. I decided to go with basic stero because I was getting it from a friend who used to get it from them and I loved their products. Don't get me wrong. Their products are great. But that service is terrible. Once they have your money they will take their time. They will do what is convenient for them. I had made one previous order with them before this and literally paid on a Tuesday and my order was in my hands that Friday morning. The senders address is in the same state and not that far for domestic and I still haven't recieved it. I have been getting promised non stop that I will receive it within 24 hours and still nothing. If my order was truly shipped on Wednesday like you guys promised to me then my order would have been here Friday. Latest yesterday especially with prirority two day shipping. All I can say is I am so disappointed. My first order went great with you guys and everything went so smooth and quick just like it was promised and now it seems like you guys don't even care. You guys say you'll give me that free credit on my account but I don't care about that if I don't even get my products in the first place what does it even matter if I have free credit for the problems with the order. USPS sends a tracking number within the same day of you sending the mail. So if your promise was true like you guys said on Wednesday that it was shipped then I would have had my tracking code Thursday and it is now Sunday and still nothing. Let alone if it was shipped on Wednesday like said. It would have already been here in my hands let alone a tracking number.-----

Love this company. Never had an issue with any of the orders. Going on 7+ orders now. See other reviews for products ordered. This time I ordered my PCT Farestos and tried out there Tados. Both are going awesome and looking forward to ordering new gear very soon for bulking.

I discovered this lab last year, i took Sibutramine from a different supplier which WORKED! So since than, i went crazy looking all over the internet where i can find a the store/ supplier/lab, as my prev supplier couldn't get me any of those pills. Finally i got the basicstero.ws website.

In the Europe warehouse, i couldn't find those pills for more than a year (btw, when they will be back in stock?),than i tried several times to order through the international website (even if i am in Europe), but i chose the western union payment, as i wasnt familiar with bitcoins etc..but somehow i did not get any confirmation e-mail. This happeed several times. So i desisted to buy there even if i kept my eyes on the website.

After few months, i made a bitcoin account and this finally worked! (the bitcoin works its magic, after few days, i got the money back, as the bitcoin kept growing on its value, iNCREDOBLE!)

I was a little bit afraid getting the pills from China, but reading the rules of the website, which claim that all the products bought from their website are genuine- i calmed down.

After 3 weeks i got the pills! They were indeed in a very discreet package ( VERY SMART!). Remembering the taste and seeing from the first pill the effects, i am sure now that it is 100% pure and its a good quality product. (i am saying that, because i already ordered in the past a package, from a supplier, and got fake pills).

Usually they are great to go through, but I sent payment for my last order 2 weeks ago, and they still havent collected it.

Everything came in good condition. I received my order after 6 days from EU warehouse. It's my new and the only one source. I paid with bitcoins which saves a lot of time.

I’ve ordered from these guys in the past and had my order delayed, but only a few days. Everything was legit when I got it so no complaints there.

I placed another order on 9/26 and it still says “Payment is being checked” a week and a half later (edit: 2 weeks now) when I go to check the order status. Not really in a huge rush, but it’d be nice to not have to wait forever to get the stuff...

Contacted Basicstero directly and they said they would update me after they picked up the payment but still havent done it apparently.

Edit: It has now been two weeks since I’ve paid for my order and the payment still has not been checked. I’ve email them twice and they claimed it was because of a two week holiday in China (I wish Americans had a two week holiday...) They said the order would be shipped out today (Monday) and it wasn’t. If you’re in any kind of rush, or even just want your stuff within a reasonable amount of time, do not order from these guys.

This will be my 4th order from basicstero and I have been extremely satisfied will all the products I have tried. I used to order from another site until I found basic. The shipment time for my last orders have been approx 11-14 days from the International site and product always comes discreet.

First let me say I am a powerlifter and compete at a high level. I've been competing since 2004. Basicistero has very high quality products. I especially love there Test, EQ, Var, and Mast. I only need to run 30mg of there var and it does the same thing as 80mg from competitors. I am prescribed TRT and pharmacom labs products are just what you would get at the pharmacy. Great communication and great products. I highly recommend using them. You will pay a little more compared to competitors but you wont have to use as much gear to get the same results. You get what you pay for and if you are looking for high quality look no further.

BTC is offered as a payment method. Also offers a domestic wrhs, though haven’t had problems with intl shipping (intl wrhs is cheaper).

My favorite source thus far. At least with BTC the processing is super fast, quality is always great, and the discount/free goodies are fucking awesome.

This review is long over due.. Ive acctually ordered 5 times. One thing I can definitely say about the product.. it definitely works.

I tried over the time the Tren A, Tren E, Test E 300, Clen, T3, and Dianabol. All of it is exactly I was hoping. Delivery took maybe 2 weeks.

Bottom line the product is as advertised and is what I was looking for. The only down side? Bad customer service. Not as far as being rude ot anything but as far as these guys are hard to pin down when you need them. It takes time to contact them but at least in the background from my experience everything has worked as they said and like clock work.

Basicstero is my go to source for pharmacom. Now that they are accepting WU again its back to them i go. Always top quality products for affordable prices. Overall one of the best sources ive used.
