-1Pros: Fairly quick shipping, excellent communication and DEFINITELY excellent products. Great deals and specials for alot of products.
Cons: Every time ordered shipping information does not arrive to me until the day or day before it is delivered. Not a huge issue but makes for horrible anticipation.
Literally the only complaint i could think of and even that is incredibly minor. Great company and know many who order from it

+ 1Long time lurker, first time poster. This is my first order from basicstero - made an account to pass this along
Ordered 2x test C and 1x test E
no communication was needed when my payment was done the day after it had allready shipped it out
verry fast & clear without any problem.
Came very quickly, west coast, and arrived maybe 5 days after ordering!. Packing was discreet, upon inspection.... The boxes themselves had been man handled and open. Like i got the the front of the rack demo items. Mind you i got 2 of the same thing (test C), and one had orange liquid, the other test C was much more brown... (light damage?) - one more thing. The bottles themselves did have vacuum. It was just the boxes themselves, the vials were fine and sealed
The other thing to note, the liquids are more thin then prescription. With prescription cyponate, while drawing into the needle you see an almost white cream when drawing, none of this has ever happened - but if its just a transport oil that is fine, i don't care.
6/10 - because i do have a pump / some gains (albeit less then i would using the same dosage of script)
hopefully my next order i get a new batch vs what i recieved - as they will see if they take care of me they will have a lifer!
First time i placed an order with them. I was skeptical at first, but send the money and a few days later my package arrived in the mail. First vial was great, 2nd vial was garbage. Very unsatisfied with half of my order. Communication is great. Not sure what happen with my second vial though.

when your payment is completed & the are going to ship it you can see on my orders a picture of the package ( with the products) with your order nr & adress filled with the name this is very professional to prevent any problems! the package was filled with bubble warp then you have the producs wraped in bubble warp again & over that a thick layer of strongh brown tape that takes longer to get it off then filling in your order on the website! you could even drop it from a 100m building is would still be in perfect condition again... verry professional & good hidden

great service, i was always replied to within 24 hours. and right after a huge sale, that has got to be tough keeping in contact with all you costumers.
t/a was exactly what i was told it was from the international warehouse. 16 days from start to finish. nothing frank or anyone else can do about tracking, once it gets into the u.s you will most likely lose tracking till the day it shows up to your door.
i will continue to run franks products, not only do they have there raws tested but also finished products. they are also randomly tested by anaboliclab.com and the products have been exactly what they say they are at the dosing that they say they are.
Placed my order 6 days ago, paid via WU. Money was picked up 6 hours after payment, and was shipped out next day.

And now seriously. Yes we can fuck up. We are still young as a store and do improvements all the time. We increase our men power, etc. But yes we can fuck up, this happens with absolutely every store, and much more if it is about ILLEGAL substances. In this case we delayed with checking his payment. He or WU made a mistake in the name of the receiver, which caused furthr sequences. We excused as you can see it in my reply.
And the most important, yes we fucked up and we fiexed our issue with a good bonus to the customer. I was always polite until the last paagraph. BUT i never ever asked anybody to leave fake reviews about our store and our services. He obviously was trying to bag for free gear (dont forget he received his order by a half price + 100$ store credit for delay) by blackmailing us to leave a bad review... I hate it. If someone stil thinks we are buying good feedbacks and offer something like this he will be treated the same way. Thats all from me.
p.s. how do you think shall i sent him a link to this and other reviews, which i helped him to leave?
