In my experience, It is rare to need anything from NAPS, and in all this time I have only had 1 issue that I needed to speak to him about. I messaged with the details and within 1 hour, I had a resolution and it was a good one.
I've had landings from NAPS that were faster than some of the hometown boys could do. How it skips his rock across the pond so quickly is an amazement!
NAPS has always taken great care of me and he has never given me any reason to be concerned about him, his practices or his products.

These guys rock, what else can I say. If you are questioning their quality of product or the manner in which they run their business; don't. They will surpass your expectations. I have been a long time customer and have never been let down. If anything goes wrong and it is their fault they will take care of it ASAP. I have seen a lot of other suppliers on here use profanity and inappropriate language responding to problems on here, but naps always responds with respect and even though sometime you can tell they want to snap on you, they don't. They answer you with respect. Love these guys.

Customer service is amazing, they always respond with in 24 hours. When they help they don't follow a script, I actually feel like they are taking care me personally and really care. I wish all customer support was like this. I have dealt with other suppliers customer support and trust me naps is top notch.
Packaging is awesome. I would seriously throw the package across the room and not be afraid of it breaking.
They are also the only supplier with such a wide range of products that work, and work well.

If you're looking for a great site to buy legit gear, then you need to try Napsgear!! It is by far the best site, in my opinion!! I have ordered from other "legit" sites and I've often found that some of the gear was under dosed and/or all together bunk!!! My friends and I have ordered (combined) a wide variety of different products and have found that all gear we tried from Napsgear was all 100% legit!!!
Not only are the products 100% legit, Napsgear also carry a wide variety of products and from different pharmacies!

Hey there, this is my second order from Napsgear, and I am extremely satisfied.
In case you're checking eroids for the best place to buy gear, Naps is by far best, in my opinion. I was a little bit nervous ordering the first time online, because i didnt had any experience. But it turned out there was no need to be concerned. The payment options were extremely good and secure + my payment came through without any problem.
They offer a really wide range of products at a good pricepoint, so that's also a big plus.
Long story short: Great supplier! This is the only place where I will ever order gear again, eventhough I tried other suppliers.

The Napsgear was professional with all the questions I had. Also, shipment was highly discrete and the order came through, quite fast. Eventhough my country is pretty strict with borderchecks.
The package that I recieved looked like any regular mail order, my parents never suspected there was gear in it.The products were far better packaged than from any other gear-website i ordened from.
Delivery time was really fast aswell given that I recieved both of my orders within two weeks.

Well... What can be said that has not been?
Getting the product is already an up hill battle with so many sources. When the TA expectations are beat it's like finding a 100$ bill on the ground. Shipping from them was very fast with great packages.
Naps threw in a few extra goods, typically that's reserved for messed up orders. But it was just a great surprise.
Being an authorized GenShi distributor makes you feel great about your hard earned cash being spent.
All the orals were great I have been told.
Watching weight melt off of these people.

Coming off another successful order in fall, this was my 5th one with Naps. I ordered alot of Geneza, Win tabs,Test E and M1test. GP is a good brand and I always recommend it. I also ordered a lot of Biomex products which have always been solid for me and the fellas. Biomex cyp and En, deca, winny inj and tabs and the Eq have been nothing but a solid brand with solid gains!! One of my friends has been raving about the Balkin Test prop amps and also liked the schering Proviron, he has stayed shredded and hard throughout the winter. Another friend with the Organon sust and test cyp accordo which he was trying out for the first time has said he liked it as well and has put on a solid 15 lbs.. The GP letro, adex and cialis is always good too. As usual the shipping again was super fast, I received it in less than 10 days and very reliable! I placed an $845 order on Dec 29th 2013.
On Dec 31st I paid the MoneyGram and put the correct info for the receiver. On January 4th 2014 Naps cancelled my order. Then on January 8th I received email confirmation from MoneyGram that my transfer had been received. This is the second time this has happened to me. All I want is my order.

Never experienced an issue with receiving my products. Just to say friends I know that ordered from Naps that had delayed orders said that Naps Comms and Support were very timely and notified them every step of the way.

In fact, when one of our order didn't arrive, they sent a duplicate order free of charge and even when the original shipment did show up a week later, they never asked for another payment. Have always been been pleased with doing business with them.

I have order many many times and never had an issue I need to know if my money has been picked up or if there are any issues. will someone plz judt respond to me and tell me what the heck is going on with my order. I had a 2nd order back to back but can't send money for second order until I know what the he'll is going on. come on naps keep up your customer service phase and follow up with me this is stressing me out

-2The first time I ordered it was a fairly small order and I received it very quickly with great communication. Second order which was a couple weeks ago was a very large order. I have tried emailing and opening tickets and I can't even get a response out of them. I had very crucial concerns about my order and nothing back from them. The site said payment in process or something to that sort and it wasn't until today when I actually called the third party that I found out my funds had been picked up. I still have very important questions but I can't get anyone to communicate with me now. Very frustrating.

+ 1I ordered a vial of GP TNE from naps as a test order and it went very smooth. The site is very user friendly and I really appreciated all the emails sent updating the status of my order every step of the way.
As for the TNE, I am using it as a pre-workout and sometimes before bed. All I can say is wow! TNE hits hard and fast! Pumps are amazing, gym intensity is fierce, and vascularity is greatly improving.
I hunt their site every day and everyone needs to calm down, they will come through. Their site has had a warning on it for weeks now that it will be going down at any random time.
I received legitimate gear and everyone else will too. Have a little faith.
