Bloods are holding fine, nothing crazy to report. My GH plug ran dry (RIP, 5 IU daily for 6 months straight ). New stock on the way \o/

Coming out of a recovery cruise 200 Test E + 200 Mast E (Para Pharma stuff)

Now it’s time to spice it up:
• Adding 400mg DHB and adjusting Test + Mast as I go.
Target setup should land around:
• 400 Test
• 300 Mast
• 500 DHB

Not 100% locked yet, but the whole point is to test if DHB can really be used as a base compound. On paper (and from user logs), it’s supposedly more anabolic than Test and competes for similar receptor pathways. Our guy Makha actually dropped some posts about it:

The plan…
• Eventually, NPP will sneak into the blast.
• E2 is under control so far , but I’ll probably pull out some Adex if things start sliding mid-blast.
• Ancillaries ready.
• No orals planned, but I might pulse some Var or Adrol on back/arm days (my weakest points).

For the last 6 weeks? Not sure yet … maybe a finisher, maybe not.
Why? Because this is a 12-week DHB trial, and I’m not rushing dosages to the moon just to wreck my markers. I wanna keep health in check so I can roll right into a gain phase after.

The game plan: stay lean and strong through Christmas, then when the winter hoodies are on 24/7… it’s bulking season, baby. If the physique blurs a little, so be it. Nobody sees abs under a hoodie anyway. LMAO.

Looking pretty yoked already my man. I ran the same cycle last summer but without the mast, best “feeling” cycle I’ve run yet and got pretty good results. I think you’re going to really like this one, especially with the mast and npp thrown in there.

Appreciate that, brother !!! I’m pumped to finally kick it off … first pin goes in tomorrow. I added Mast mostly for the “feel good” side: tighter look, better libido, mild E2 control, and that extra drive in the gym. NPP’s definitely on the table later too, like you said … it pairs really well with DHB and Test.
Twelve weeks feels like the sweet spot … long enough to see what DHB really brings, without wrecking markers. Some guys can push it harder, some can’t … since it’s my first run with it (ran EQ before, but DHB’s its own animal), I’d rather ease in and see step by step. Should be a fun ride, can’t wait to feel it kick.

Personally I’d go by bloodwork and run the dhb 14 weeks if I could. I only say that because it feels like it takes a minute to kick in. I’ve also never found it to be particularly toxic or harsh but it does seem like some guys get some generalized inflammation that can throw off health markers quite a bit. In the end, I think you have more than enough experience to listen to your body and labs and make the right call. Can't wait to see the results!

Best results I've ever got from any steroid use, was test/DHB cycle. Ran them at 500/500 with nothing else. The end result is my avatar pic. Hands down my favorite compound

Appreciate you sharing that, brother … I actually saw your comment in another DHB thread and took notes from it. Keeping it clean at 1:1 test to DHB clearly worked really well for you, and it’s motivating as hell to see the kind of results you pulled off.

I decided to add Mast in my setup mainly for the extra drive, libido support, and its mild estrogen control … it just balances me out better. Plus, from what I’ve read and seen, Mast helps offset some of the potential moodiness and BP issues guys sometimes report with DHB.

I’ve run EQ before, and while on paper DHB and EQ look like cousins (both boldenone derivatives), everything I’ve read … and the few logs from guys I trust point to DHB being a totally different beast. Stronger binding affinity, harder look, and less water compared to EQ, but with a higher demand on recovery markers. So I’m excited (and cautious) to see how it treats me.

This is my first run with it, so I’ll be keeping bloods tight and updating as I go. Hearing from guys like you who’ve had great success on it definitely adds to the confidence. Respect, man.

My markers were all clean after a full 20 weeks at 500/500. Again though, I took no orals or anything else with it. No BP issues, nada. Good luck brother! Hope the compound works it's magic for ya. I was more vascular than even the old tren/mast combo.

Def going to follow this. Inflammation was my major issue. I had hips like Shakira. There was some PIP in certain areas. 8weeks was my limit.

Yeah brother, I hear you … PIP is the biggest complaint with DHB and you’re not the only one who tapped out early because of it. Inflammation is no joke, once it builds up it can ruin a whole run.

I’m gonna do my best to ride it through, rotating as many spots as I can and staying on top of injection hygiene. Warming the oil and keeping injections slow/deep usually helps a lot, but at the end of the day some batches just bite harder than others. I don’t wanna end up with an abscess either, so I’ll keep a close eye on things.

Tomorrow I’m hopping in the DHB Shakira club myself, lol. Appreciate the heads-up brother .. I’ll keep you posted along the way with how the pip and progress go.

Dhb isnt your base compound really. Its simply the main driver. Dhb binds tighter so the excess test floats the system, converts and is expelled. Excess e2 isnt where we aim. Same with tren binding tighter. Lower test to offset that factor. Test is still your base as its just replacing that natty hormone in your body.

I like your chosen ratio, layout as well.

Appreciate the feedback, brother … you nailed it. Test is always the real base, no doubt. The idea behind lowering it is just to minimize that competition since both DHB (like Tren) bind tighter at the receptor, while excess Test ends up floating, converting, and causing issues.

When I did a long blast with Tren (about 20–22 weeks), I actually played around with the ratios: 1:1, 1:2, 1:3 and flipped them back and forth. What I noticed was clear … the higher the Tren, the harder and sharper the results, but the psychological toll was heavier too. Toward the end, I couldn’t really separate if the anhedonia was from the higher Tren or just from being 16+ weeks deep on a toxic compound. Either way, I got a firsthand feel for how shifting ratios really changes things.

That’s why with this setup I’m keeping Test stable and letting DHB do its thing. Staying dialed with training and diet, and I’ll ride it out PIP or no PIP.

Thanks brother, appreciate it ! GH is already on the way, I’ll be keeping it steady around 5–6 IU like before. And work my way up in the winter cause I’ll be pairing it with you know what…As for the other tool(those we can’t speak of - sensible topic / taboo according to the forum rules.. i know I know, but it is what it is), I’m saving that for winter. Plan is to start slow, just post-workout at first, then depending on how I respond, maybe bring in pre workout + post workout out later on.(always the fact acting) That’s when I’ll really lock into a proper growth phase. Let’s see how it goes, step by step!

hanks brother! Good 100% with you on that the gym is all about intensity, you can make it happen anywhere. Planet Fitness just has its quirks… not enough plates, packed with people half the time just sitting on machines, and yeah, it’s crowded ‘cause it’s cheap. Other than that, it works fine.
And bro… I’ll be joining the PIP club Thursday when I start DHB … ready to suffer through it till the end if needed ! lol

Let us know how it goes! And yea you can make gains anywhere even PF, no shame in where you train . Can always use intensifiers rest/pause (my fav) drop sets etc. if not enough weight. People can be given the best gym and equipment and never make gains due to no work ethic/intensity

Beast mode bro! Looking good! The only thing I’d say is as long as your bloods are good don’t be shy to add the oral in, keeps things from getting stagnant, especially when you pulse it.

Thanks for the advice, brother … you’re 100% right on that. Instead of using an oral just as a kickstart, I’m leaning more toward pulsing it later as a way to break through a plateau. Adrol especially makes sense there.
With DHB, I’ve heard it’s usually pretty clean on lipids compared to Winny or Superdrol, but it can definitely push BP and hematocrit up.(even though I keep telmisartan, Nebivolol and Cialis on stack year round… I’ll keep a close eye on that while running NAC, TUDCA, the usual organ support, and staying over a gallon of water a day.
Let’s see how it all unfolds … hoping it lines up smooth with the rest of the stack.

I honestly don't think your back is a weak point. Based off the pic u posted a couple months ago. I just don't think you were flaring your lats and you were pulling your traps up and forward more like you would do for a most muscular. And judging from this pic I'd say it's a strong point. Pictures could be tricky tho. Your bi looks alright . Maybe if your tri was blown out more and your brachialis.
That cycle sounds good. I like tapering up and adding as i go myself. Keeps it flowing and your body not getting that tolerance as fast. That combo sounds good also.
I've done this with tren A and test. 700mg tren week, 300mg test p. Some anadrol towards the end just 3 weeks 50mg day. Anyway i felt the tren allot more. I also felt allot worse. I feel like i was even stronger also. Def dryer, was getting Lil ache and pain too. I went one week with no test at all and really was feeling bad. Besides my body feeling like it was flooded with chemical plus the tren sides. I didn't need a a.i. caber or no type ancillary.

Yeah, you’re probably right … I don’t think my back is a true weak point either, but because of my wide waist, I feel like I need to keep building out the lats to create a better X-frame illusion. Even if I ever get down to single-digit body fat (which I haven’t yet), structurally I’ll still need that width. And yeah, that pose was garbage … I’m still learning how to hit it, and most of the time it looks like shit, lol. Arms… you know how it is, brother, arms are never big enough. My triceps are fuller, which creates the illusion of bigger arms, but in reality, I need to bring my biceps up. For that, I’ve been focusing on brachialis work … because if that pops, the biceps look thicker, just like you said. My go-tos are:
• Bayesian curls
• Rope hammer curls
• Incline curls (similar angle to Bayesian)
Bit by bit trying to bring them up. Never touched IGF-DES or anything like that to see if it helps, but who knows… maybe one day.
About the cycle talk … yeah, I agree with you, tapering up works well. Gives you time to feel things out and keeps the body responding instead of building tolerance too fast.
On my last blast, you know, I actually went as high as 1400mg Tren A per week with just 300mg Test Sustanon and 700mg Mast. Crazy thing is, my E2 was fine, prolactin was fine too, but out of caution I added a low dose of caber twice a week. Two things: the look was insane … dry, strong, full … it really proved in practice that Tren dominates the androgen receptors over Test. I started the cycle 1:1, then went 2:1 (Test/Tren), then 3:1. And for the last 6 weeks I flipped it … dropped Test down to 300mg and pushed Tren A all the way up to 1400mg, pinning 2cc a day. The physique was nuts… but mentally, bro, I turned into Mr. Anhedonia. No motivation for anything, even training felt like a chore. Gotta admit though, that was 20–22 weeks straight blasting, so both body and mind were fried. Like you said … after a while you just feel toxic.

That’s exactly why I’m curious about running DHB next. I don’t believe it’ll feel the same as Tren, since I won’t push it that hard, and I want to keep health in check for a proper growth phase this winter. That’s when the real heavy 19-nor and the “vault compounds” are coming out, lmao.
