+ 1 Prep Cycle - Dihydroboldenone

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

This will be my 4th cycle and the 2nd time running DHB. I was impressed with DHB the last time I ran it so I feel confident using it to prep for the show. Goal for this cycle is to maintain my lean mass (hopefullly put a little more on) and end up around 4% or less bodyfat.

Age 44
Height: 5'5"
Weight: 185
BF: 10%

I don't have to lose a whole lot of bodyfat so I would like to use the first part of this cycle to put on some lean mass and lose a little BF and then really focus on cutting the last half of the cycle.

The test is taperd down at the end of the cycle to help minimize any water retention from the test e. I am contemplating bumping up the Mast or 1-T cyp when I do cut the test levels. Any thoughts on this?
I have included the provi to free up more circulating testosterone to hopefully make up for the drop in the dosage of test e.

This is my first time using mast, but from what I gathered 400 seemed to be a good starting point. If anyone has any thoughts on dosing the mast let me know.

AI's are in place and will used accordingly. It will be interesting to see if I need any additional AI or if the mast/provi combo will cover it.

I am on TRT so I will resume that at the completion of cycle.

Any feedback is appreciated. Looking to get this cycle started soon.

Just curious but what will your macros look like throughout this prep?

This is what I will be using for the first half of the cycle.

If you read towards the end you can see how it can be used for a cut. I'll be starting out at about 2800 calories. This will be broke down into 250g P 250g C and 90g fat. For the later half of the cycle I will see where I am at and will be in calorie deficit the whole time to really start getting ripped up. No matter what I always try to maintain between 200-250g P.

I've read that thread. I really like it. I'm using a similar progression to put some weight on right now. I like to manipulate my carbs as well as caloric intake, based on how heavy I'm lifting each week. Have you ever played around with carb manipulation? Or do you generally keep your macros the same (as you said with protein above 1.5g/lb) and just go by decreasing total kcals to help drop your BF?

I know most individuals vary with results based on body type, BMR, training intensity, etc. Just trying to gain some insight on your personal experience between the two methods of cutting.

Thats a good point, I'll have to be careful not crash my estro to early if upping the mast. That would definitely make for a rough ride. I've got some prop and TPP on hand in case I need a quick little boost in test. Signing up for advanced group now.

Hopefully it will treat me well also. I don't like using a compound for the first time to prep for a show but is pretty much a staple in all bodybuilding prep cycles so we will see what happens.

I was considering switching over to short esters at the end of the cycle but test P just doesn't agree with me. The pip sucks and makes it to hard to work out. I am fine with TPP though, so I will see how dry things are looking and maybe switch to that if need be.

Seems to work just like prop for me, but without the pip. It worked fine pinning it E3D instead of EOD. The less pinning for me the better. Unfortunately not to many sources carry it.
