+ 12 IGF-1 Bloodwork Kits4less.com Supreme C
ad
Started using the Supreme C HGH from Kits4less beginning of April @ 3iu / day. Bloods pulled approximately 6 weeks after. Pleased with IGF-1 levels of 392 ng/ml. On nothing else but TRT dosed Testosterone of 140mg / week.
Upped dose to 6iu a faw days prior to getting bloods pulled to accompanying my current blast I just started. Don't know how much more igf-1 elevation would result from less than a week worth at a higher dose. Will retest in another 6 weeks after being on 6iu continuously and report back.

What was your IGF at before starting?
Admittedly I never got baseline igf-1 levels measured. I have been on HGH continuously since May 2022. Only cutting it out for a week here and there before holidays / photoshoots to drop water. Only ever used two other brands of HGH before trying K4L. And have another 2 kits from a fourth source in the stash that I plan on testing after completing my run of the two Supreme C kits I ordered from K4L. 392 ng/ml off 3iu for ~6 weeks from using the supreme C exclusively is, I believe, a fair representation of K4L quality. Especially with the accompanied results. I was getting asked if I was back on cycle within weeks of introducing the supreme C while not changing AAS dose (TRT) and definitely looked bigger and leaner. Upping dose to 6iu and reintroducing a higher AAS dose, definitely looking forward to the changes over the coming months.
Nice, ya no way you'll have a baseline now haha. Still great numbers. Do you do morning/evening?
I used to do mornings IM fasted. but after listening to a lot of John Jewit's latest stuff, I followed his revived thinking and switched to nighttime before bed. subq
I'll have to check him out. So far from what i've learned from others is fasted morning for fat loss, or preworkout for growth and tissue/tendon repair, or nighttime for maximum growth at the expense of your natural gh pulse. Then there's doing all 3, 1iu fasted morning, 1iu preworkout, 1iu before bed. If its true that you can avoid messing with your own natural pulse I was thinking 1iu fasted and 1iu preworkout. This could all be bro science for all I know but it is interesting hearing everyone's thoughts. Do you pin it daily or take days off?
I used to follow that methodology about morning time fasted but after listening to John talk about it, he used to advocate the same. His reasoning made sense. Too involved to type here. I just do it at night now subq. And I now believe it’s a better approach. Plus I’m not as lethargic all day.
I pin daily. No days off. I don’t see the point unless you’re trying to extend supply. And I have multiple kits sitting there at any given time waiting to be used. Haha
Yeah it makes sense what he says, but I train basically first thing in the morning due to my schedule so I still do the fasted AM subq.
Stellar results for 3 IU! Thanks so much for posting
Anytime brother! Thank you for providing such great product and great prices. Will retest everything mid cycle after using up the second kit of Supreme C at the higher dose.
Ty for testing and posting
Thanks for posting Kap.
Great IGF-1 numbers mate!
Do you have any idea why your Liver values are a bit out?
I trained very intensely every day (4 days running without a rest day) leading up to getting bloods pulled. Which we know can spike ALT and AST.
But the most likely reason is from my antipsychotic Rx I have to take for Bipolar 1 disorder. I’m prescribed 300mg of Seroquel (Quetiapine) everyday, which is no small dose, not to mention 350mg of lamotrigine (mood stabilizer) and Ritalin for ADHD I take as needed.
And unfortunately Seroquel has been shown to not be kind to the liver. Now comes with a liver warning at the pharmacy. And ranked one of the worst medications in regard to liver enzymes. I’ve been on 200mg-400mg for about 4 years straight everyday (300mg was the dialed in dose after trial and error with my psychiatrist) which I’ve been on for the better part of 3 years non stop. But without it I slip into hypomania within days and full mania within 2 weeks. So I’m kind of stuck between a rock and a hard place on that. I’ve tried supplementing with NAC to help but the anhedonia and side effects from NAC are counterproductive to my mental health.
I’ve also been a bit phlegmy since getting back from the east coast a couple weeks ago. So incase I’m fighting off a small viral infection could potentially be another cause. Multiple possible reasons, maybe a combination of everything. But my larger dose of qeutiapine Rx is the most likely cause.
very interesting to hear that about seroquel iv been taking 50 to 100 mg of it for about 4 years now to help me sleep never heard or have been told about liver problems from my doctor just the fasted blood gluecose because of how much junk food youll shove in your mouth and not remember , ive been wanting to ween myself of it but if i go below 50 mg i start to feel like shit and cant sleep kinda dont know what to do either really wish i would have found a better alternative
Yes, it's been shown to elevate liver enzymes even at lower doses like 50mg-100mg for patients prescribed it for sleep. So one can imagine the stress that 300mg would cause. Luckily my fasting glucose was at 78 even taking the seroquel and using HGH every night. But I was originally told by my, then, psychiatrist it's fine to take up to 800mg / day without harm. lol And was never told of the risks to liver enzymes. Until years later when filling my Rx the pharmacist had to relay the added literature regarding liver damage accompanying Seroquel and my subsequent research after the fact. Doctors prescribe things left and right without knowing everything about drugs they prescribe to patients. Which is upsetting and frustrating. Another reason why I don't trust the majority of PCP's and never take what they say as gospel without further research on my part. Most are quacks who are glorified drug dealers who know less about the products they push than black market drug dealers. lol
Have you tried TUDCA? 1200mg daily really helped me with my liver values. The pure powder on the tongue with a swig of water. Doesn't taste too great but never know what's in them capsules.
I have and used it on cycle when using orals. Never used it continuously as a preventative off cycle. Worth a shot. I was originally under the impression Tudca should only be utilized during known times of liver stress rather than taken everyday as a staple supplement. But if my liver is experienced mild stress everyday caused by other factors like Rx's I suppose it could be advantageous to add everyday next to my multi-vitamin, omegas, and coq10.
Very impressive response to 3iu, I’m jelly. That’s the batch I have in the fridge right now. Excited to see what you pull off of 6iu. Appreciate those bloods Kap
